I was incredibly frustrated when I ordered a specialty slice and it was terrible. The pizza tasted like it was from the freezer, and when I asked to swap it out for garlic knots, the cashier said they would lose money because they couldn’t resell it – not even apologizing or anything. It was really bad, too, with way too much cheese and spoiled meat. I only ate the crust and gagged when I tried the full slice. Why would anyone want to resell food that’s already been given to someone else? As someone who works in food service, I would never say that to a customer. Because of this experience, I will never go back. The pizza wasn’t even authentic – they were using old, stale dough. I’m never ordering from them again.

Ordered 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom & 1/2 sausage/peppers large pie. The man I spoke with repeated my order back. I received 1/2 with ham on it! Called to speak w the man who took the order, the guy who answered said he was now in charge as there was a shift change. Said he would take my number for a manager to call me back & then hung up. The delivery man was the only professional one!!

Decent pizza, nothing special! I really wish they would have a better selection when you walk up to the front counter! Pizza looks like it’s been sitting there all day! If you order something, like a sandwich, you have to wait for them to make the whole thing! They used to call me a Goodfella back in the day, but the day i visited here, i didn’t feel like one! We needed some really good pizza after a bunch of day-drinking and this place had exactly that. I had the stuffed slice (HUGE!) and my gf had a plain ol cheese. Both were two fresh, perfectly seasoned/cooked slices of heaven. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. And Makayla at the front was great, super helpful. Chef’s kiss. 10/10.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they both came wrong, totally wrong items, not just one item, four different items. I asked for a credit, and the Manager was so angry because his driver came trying to walk because he just had his toes amputated, so I asked him what happened and the manager said that was rude to ask. I felt bad for the guy, he was struggling. So the manager told me he wasnt going to give me the 46.00 credit nor does he want me to order there anymore. I’d say he is the rude one

Called to check on my order after 90 mins and was spoken to by rude confrontational staff and hung up on several times. When I told them to cancel my order and issue a refund they were very unprofessional and slammed down the phone. Would not recommend.

I ordered at 10:23 this morning and was told it would be delivered by 11. It’s now 11:43 and it still hasn’t been delivered. Called and they said it should be delivered soon.. ?!
