The atmosphere is the best part! It fits the name so well! There were like 4 people standing around when I came to order I waited a few minutes until Eugene saw me and came from the back to take my order.
It’s nice that they warm the slices before they serve them. It’s a friendly staff no negative interactions just the delay in initial service.
The pizza is decent, there’s some inconsistencies in the taste of the pizza at times but that’s a give because it’s not the same person making the pizzas. I wish they had a little more sauce on the dough but I love that the dough is sturdy and the toppings stay in place long enough to take a bite.
I will be back because I enjoy the atmosphere and they have arcade games! And overall it’s a good local spot if you want to watch the game, highlights of games, get an adult beverage as it has 2 bars and of course the food.

The greatest tasting pizza in Louisville bar non. Goodfellas has been a hit with my family ever since we were introduced to it. A true local New York style pizza that has no rival. If you are eating in with your family it is very kid friendly with arcade games and activities. The pizza Forget about it, absolutely delicious, Like I said earlier it has no rival. A true pizza focuses on both aspects of a pizza, the toppings and the crust. Goodfellas Pizzeria checks both of those boxes. This place is better than boombozz, and any local chain. So if you have that craving for some authentic New York style pizza look no further then Goodfellas. And the rest, you can forget about it. Now what are you waiting for? Go get you some Goodfellas.

Goodfellas Pizzeria on Baxter Avenue, makes Spinellis look like an after school special! The atmosphere is amazing, the New York Slice authentic, the service is 100% pure, and on point. Ironically, ate there LIVE on the fourth day of Winter Storm Fern 2026 + watch Australian 2026 Semi Finals . Now my son is seeking an after school spot, once he get older!

The Danny de Vodka for Pizza week 2025 might be the only thing to make Little Caesars look adequate. It was under cooked. There’s no cheese and it looks nothing like the picture. I’m glad it was only $10 I burned.

Very Delicious Pizza. Good Vibes. I feel at home when I’m at Goodfellas. Been there twice. Once when I was riding my scooter from J-Town to Germantown, I stopped and got a slice along the way home. I think he is the owner who welcomed me in right away both times I was there. Today my dad and I went to the UofL game and then went to Goodfellas after the game. Got to sit in the bar area and eat pizza. Thank You guys and continue to be you!

Beautiful establishment, but a cluster of an experience. Online order was not pushed to, or pulled by the location until I arrived to pick it up, so my preorder turned into a walk-in. 12″ pies are smaller than the box of the same size. The pizza was fine, but Louisville is spoiled when it comes to pizza.. which is a good thing.

Tried “The Vinny” and especially enjoyed the crispy wood fired crust. The pizza’s prepared fresh so while waiting I stood at the outside bar window but the bartender wasn’t around despite a dozen people at the bar so we stuck with water but that was the only disappointment. The outside patio was spacious and comfortable even offering corn hole for those tossing around where to stop for a bite.

This has to be the best pizza in Louisville. Very unique taste not like other pizza places. The atmosphere is so nice.The restaurant is gorgeous and the bar is well stocked. Tons of outside eating also. And you can even order at the bar from outside. First time there today and I’ll definitely be going back. Can’t believe it took me this long to go there.
