I haven’t had goodcents in years. I remember it being good. I asked for extra tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. When the gal started putting on the toppings I was confused on how little she was putting on. 2 cucumbers 1 slice of green pepper. I said is that how much you put on there? She said you can put as much as you want. But I kinda got sketched out because she handed a receipt to the gal making sandwiches prior to making the rest of my sandwich. I should have asked her to change gloves because she used the same gloves on a previous transaction and handed the customer the receipt. I didn’t want to bother her because I must of annoyed her with my question about the topping let alone she’s a teenager. When I did get into my sandwich I absolutely cringed at the tomatoes. They did not taste fresh at all. I will gladly stick with little kings because their food taste light and fresh. I hope management sees this and advises their staff to change gloves when handling payment and receipts including touching the computer screen.

Probably one of my favorite sandwich places in Omaha. I had the Italian just because it’s my favorite the other day. So good. They slice the meats and cheeses in front of you and all the usual toppings are available. I’ll return soon!

I haven’t been to a Goodcents for over 20 years, but it was a favorite during my college years in Missouri. I was excited to try it again and wasn’t disappointed! The soft white bread is a delicious base to a solid, affordable sub. Friendly, hardworking staff also!

I TOLD THE STRESSED OUT GIRL WHAT I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH.
SHE MAKES IT AND THEN DUMPS SALT ALL OVER IT!!!!
INSTEAD OF MAKING ME ANOTHER SANDWICH SHE TAKES OFF SOME LETTUCE AND ACTUALLY SAID, AND I QUOTE, “THE SALT ONLY GOT ON THE LETTUCE.”
SO I PAID FOR THE SANDWICH AND SAT DOWN.
TOOK A BITE OF THE SANDWICH AND COULD NOT EAT IT DUE TO THE SALT THAT WAS DUMPED ON IT!!!!
SO I TOLD THE GIRL THAT MADE MY SANDWICH I WANTED MY MONEY BACK.

They have begun hoarding cheese recently . Is there a grand cheese depression approaching that only they know about?? The 3 inch itty bitty cheese is free, but asking for a sane amount of cheese costs extra. Also ran out of white bread at peak hours today:(. Went home and sobbed into my pillow.

We stopped in tonight and were amazed by 2 younger employees who provided an exceptional experience for us.
They were very helpful to us as well as some other customers they were assisting at the same time.
After getting our food both my wife and I left and right away looked at each other and spoke highly of the great service provided.
Sadly we did not get the names of those who helped us but it will definitely make us come back.
Great food awesome service!
