This Wawa has been very consistent in giving me incorrect items in my delivery orders nearly every time I order from them. This Wawa suffers from constantly ignoring customizations, lack of communication, and just an overall lack of care which is extremely noticeable. It seems like no one trained the employees correctly because of how inconsiderate they can be. It makes me question how much complaints they have to hear and money they have to lose before they realize the problem lies within whoever is behind the food making counter.

I literally hate this Wawa. Everytime I use doordash to order from this location I am purchasing items I don’t receive. It’s getting ridiculous. I call the Wawa and speak to the manager about the same issues I’m having when my food arrives and they tell to drive over and get it fixed. I grew up going to this Wawa it is completely run down. It saddens me to see how bad this location has become. The staff are horrible and I did not feel safe. Ventnor used to have the police presence in the parking lot. I pulled up and drove down to Margate due to hire unsafe I felt.

10 minutes late with my pre paid order that I submitted the night before. Made my latte wrong forgot my grape cheese crackers that I was charged for but never given. This is normal for this store. Can’t tell you how many times this happens to me per week with this location. I try to avoid this location as much as possible, but sometimes it is unavoidable and I know that I’m going to have a problem.

Contrary to negative reviews, I find this Wawa friendly, hard working individuals. Especially NICOLE. I think some of the people who frequent this particular Wawa have entitlement issues with a bad, negative attitude. I see them on the boards with a stick up their rear and I feel nothing pleases them. I’ve neighbors and friends who go here and think differently and are pleased with this place and employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a pizza last night from this place and whoever made that pizza should not be working at the store anymore. It was not fully cooked, there was so much sauce everywhere…the pizza box was so heavy. It tasted horrible!!!! Ridiculous spending money and can’t make a proper pizza correctly! You guys need to work on learning how to cook properly and good service!!
