Most of their deliveries are now outsourced through UberEats. So instead of what used to be a delivery in 15-20 minutes, it’s been about 2 hours for delivery, which is ridiculous from this store.

I just stopped by for a sandwich and the tall skinny man making the sandwiches is extremely rude and should work on basic customer service etiquete like acknowledge a guest (me) saying hello when I came in and thank you when he made my sandwich and completely ignored the fact I was standing in front of him, did not hand me my sandwich, and walked away silently when I said “thanks man”. Pretty upsetting.

Ordered delivery for a hot sandwich and a drink. The drink was completely watered down and disgusting. The sandwich was cold and fully falling apart with random bits of the bread cut. It was also delivered through Uber delivery instead of a normal driver, and that driver wanted me to meet them at their car and was texting in Arabic that I had to translate.
Also absolutely no way to get a refund at all, so I’ll have to do a chargeback for this waste of money since I didn’t get what I actually ordered!

Edit: Service has improved considerably. Still not quite as good as the Subway next door, but good enough.
If you order carryout here, expect: timed orders not ready on time, “as soon as possible” orders not started 20+ minutes later, sandwiches not made to order, chips/cookie not included. Don’t bother filling out the online feedback form. Management doesn’t even bother to reply with a form letter. Save yourself the trouble and order from the Subway next door instead.

Ordered delivery at lunch time, and it arrived in about 35 minutes. Not really freaky fast, but tolerable. Delivery drivers are always nice. Still enjoy the fact that their bags of chips are decent sized, while most other sandwich shops have downsized the ounces to squeeze more money out of you. The chips are fried in peanut oil too, which gives them a great crunch. The $2 delivery fee is a bit steep considering you are tipping the driver on top of that. It is hard to get delivery under $10 anymore.

Stopped to pick up 2 doordash orders. One lady told us they were taking a break to get caught up. Totally fine. We gave her the names she brought back one said the other had already been picked up. Did our part called doordash. They cancelled and sent us a different order. Tried to let the same one know she yelled and screamed at us until she understood that it was a different order. Another worker threatened to slap my husband. I get that its a busy night, homecoming home game that they won. Had a lot to deal with. This however is no excuse to threaten someone who did nothing to you. It’s actually disgusting. Do better

Always fast, always delicious. Delivery or eat in you will be surprised how fast they will have your food ready. Sometimes they are so fast you have to watch out for your sandwich flying at you while you are still waiting for your credit card to process. The jalapeno chips make the world a better place.

I went to call for a delivery order with only $60 left in my bank account. The man picked up the phone and politely asked me what he could get me. After I told him what I wanted, the beach club, I was prompted to give him my credit card number. Then my friend kindly started playing loud porn noises to which the employee on the phone responded “Whoa..” As I continued to give my numbers of my card, I could not breath or speak correctly to give the rest of the numbers. The guy on the phone was a good sport about the situation and calmly stated “Ok, I just need you to take a deep breath and give me the last 8 numbers on the card you were laughing too hard.” I get Jimmy Johns all the time and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had. 5 stars
