I usually really love Goodberrys but unfortunately I was so disappointed this evening, my husband son and I went to grab some concrete. As I was walking up to the register the young lady at the register had the audacity not to acknowledge us after I stood there for about 40 seconds she says you ready I said may I help you yes you may. In sarcasm… she was so rude. The gentleman that made my concrete rushed. I hope if a Manger or owner reads this review you will retrain your staff on giving exceptional customer service to everyone who patronizes your establishment.

Concrete wasn’t really concrete, more like thin shake. The folks at 9.30 pm on May 28th did not look really enthused about having any customers. Overall experience was very poor. Other places makes better and thicker shakes than this so called ‘concrete’

Besides the false advertising on the window saying they are open until 11. If I’m standing there at 1005, all lights are on, store full of staff and people outside eating, how about someone kindly tell me you’re closed instead of just ignoring me standing there until you see how irritated I am that nobody said anything. While looking right at me as well. Fix your times, it’s not winter anymore.

I’ve always had a soft spot for this Goodberrys location. We use to visit often when we lived not too far away. Stopped in today since we were in the area. Same delicious treats as I remembered. Definitely worth it always.

Ordered banana splits and a couple of concretes. For the $30 that I spent, the banana splits were pitiful and half melted which means by the time I got them home 5 minutes later they were soup.
