Horrible experience. Second time. I called in the order. Get there and they don’t even have any product I ordered. You would think they will call you back to inform you. On lunch at that. SMH. Time is money. You definitely should know running a business.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Amazing staff and owners, and somehow better food! They ain’t waiting around for dinner though!! Get there for breakfast and lunch. AND DONT FORGET!Ask for Paul’s “special sauce” to add that extra kick in the cajónes to any sandwich!

I tried this place for the first time last week and the food and customer service was excellent! The lady that operates the cash register is really sweet and she made sure my order was correct. They are nice people and they keep it clean. I work overnight so I stop by after I get off to get my breakfast.

Let me start by saying that the burger was absolutely insanely delicious. How can a burger be unique?! This one is and every bite felt like I needed another and a clean aftertaste and you can definitely tell it’s quality meat spiced uniquely. The portion size was excellent for the value. This is a must try if you live in the Jacksonville area it’s out of this world. Worth every penny and we will be having it again!

Nasty thick coated burned food when me and my friend took it back to complain they wife husband and son all came out to make a seen and gang up on us telling us how they had been there 18 years and we are wrong they charged me $4 for using my bank card and refused to include it in my refund saying I should’ve read the sign and it’s a bank fee that they can’t reverse. Imagine paying $4 for some food u never ate. Horrible food cooked by disrespectful Russians
