A breakfast burrito with no meat is almost 6 bucks!! This was the smallest dinkiest burrito I have seen. The service thru drive thru sucks. Where are the older Hispanic ladies that give good customer service?

I went to Good Times Burgers & Fries because it is very close to where I’m staying and it had good to average reviews from people I know. Google reviews are average but the bad ones are usually more about poor service. I ordered the double cheeseburger and regular fries. I did not order a beverage. The total was about $10.

Portion size very small for a $10 burger. The quality here has gone down hill for sure. Over priced and underwhelming. I could see Maybe if they were busy but we were the Only ones there. What happened to my favorite Colorado-based burger franchise? Was greeted to an empty restaurant lobby with a reluctant “we’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I said “heh a few minutes huh?” I don’t think the heard me. $15 for my small bambino combo – I asked for a #8, she rung it up a la carte- so it was over maybe a buck. Ridiculous prices just keep going up. Writing this review now because it’s been 10 minutes since I ordered – there was one person in the drive thru and anticipating them taking forever I tried the lobby. … ok food came out now, these wild fries are basically raw and very little seasoning. “Good times .. we’re gonna be big.” Remember their first slogan? Yeah, a big let down. 2 stars instead of 1 because I love my memories of good times as a kid, teen, and young adult. Just sad.

The smell of old cooking oil was almost overwhelming as you entered. They got the order wrong. My deluxe cheeseburger wasn’t as good as a Big Mac although it might have had a slightly larger patty. The fries were pretty good.

This has always been my go to place for Fast food burgers because they don’t put unnecessary chemicals in their food comparatively speaking to other fast food joints. I do not recommend their new “fish fry sandwich”, Other than that, I’ve never had a bad fast food experience from them. Their custard is amazing.
