Cannot review the food as they never actually delivered my delivery. They refused to resend the delivery or refund me for the stolen order. I ordered through the website so there’s no one else to report this to. When I called I was told that they would not refund me and cannot redeliver. Used to be a regular customer but sadly have to recommend against.
Editing this review in response to the comment below: while I appreciate the response, I still am hesitant to order in the future, as I should not need to complain on Google reviews in order for these types of errors to be made right. Good Times contracts with third party companies in a way that makes it so that customers cannot go to them through normal channels and cannot get in touch with the third party in order to resolve disputes such as stolen orders. I recommend not ordering through the website until they fix this so that customers can resolve issues through normal customer service channels, such as contacting the store.

I went to Good Times Burgers & Fries because it is very close to where I’m staying and it had good to average reviews from people I know. Google reviews are average but the bad ones are usually more about poor service. I ordered the double cheeseburger and regular fries. I did not order a beverage. The total was about $10.
The burger was pretty tasty but not any better than a Double from Wendy’s, same for the fries. Five Guys at that price is far better in taste and value. They’re not bad but not all that either. I would go if someone was treating but doubt I will choose to pay for that again. The place was clean and the service was adequate.

Good times is a joke now!! No wonder their stock is worth 1.22 now. No employees, shrink flation size meals, double the prices and gross food! Ohhhh….forgot Pepsi soda fountain….really? That explains it all.

My brother and i went to the drive through and while i was decideing the boy taking my order was very rude and kept getting louder with everything i said. When i got to the window his coworker or manager apologized for his actions. Once we are home 20 min later we go to eat and my chicken sandwhich had no meat in it. Now ive called 5 times and it just keeps ringing. That is by far the worse service ive gotten in a long time.

I used the drive-thru and was served immediately. The cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve tasted. I wondered why it was so much better and looked up the superior quality beef they source right here in Colorado. I will definitely be back!

The servers were fast and friendly. The place was cleaning the bathrooms looked good. The outside Courtyard was also clean. As usual the food is always delicious. This is my favorite burger joint. In fact, it’s the only one I go to because of how they source their meats.

I ordered the guacamole bacon burger and THEY FORGOT THE BURGER PATTY. I didn’t realize until I got home (15 min away) and opened the sandwich that it was only two small pieces of bacon and guacamole. Worst $12 I’ve ever spent.
