Although different from what has been opening in Hudson low end and fast food except a few It’s a nice place for a healthy lifestyle choices. It’s also run by a couple of Brazilian women more concerned with quality over budgeting on pennies and restaurants are getting more expensive to operate. You know you can leave a tip if you finish the meal off considering it will fill you up.

I really should give them 4.5 stars because their whole concept of eating good stuff, their vibe and their good service deserve it! Food was excellent , smoothie was delicious and the atmosphere in Good Earth was super chic and cool! A great place to get a healthy drink or meal ! I had the Brazilian bowl and it was very good but could use more pico de Gallo which I asked for and was delivered to my table ; my wife had a green bowl and loved it !
