Customer service on a friday night was awful. No one smiling or rushing despite being busy. i was not allowed to pickup my carryout thru the drive thru which is highly inconvenient! My burger that costs $7 comes with ONE tiny onion. Thats the only topping I choose and they cant throw a couple more on? I ordered 3 sides of honey mustard for my chicken and didnt get a single one. Didnt attempt to give me my custard or drinks once I got my food 15 minutes later. The floor in the lobby is also very sticky. Wont be back anytime soon!

What I asked for (Butterburger with bacon and ALL the added ingredients ) vs what I actually got (the meat, the cheese, the bun.. the pretzels were good though. Customer service was fine, average. But 20min wait and forgetting the vegetables and condiments, thanks.

It’s Culver’s, no surprises. The food was good as expected, however I didn’t receive my cocktail sauce. I was asked, and it was on the receipt. The lemon slice was a little tiny lemon cube. It was about a quarter of a normal lemon slice. I had already left the restaurant so I didn’t bother with either. The lemon was almost comical. I should have taken a picture of it.

I went through the drive thru and placed a large order and was impressed with the top notch service provided by Grady. He was personable, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Grady is an exemplary employee and every Culver’s needs someone like him!

By far the worse culvers I’ve been to. Last 4 times I’ve come here Customer service is poor. Food looks like it was made at McDonald’s. Waited 20 minutes in line for just a double cheeseburger and it came out cold. Sad representation of a good company

Went in for flavor of the day (3/29) blackberry cobbler. Got home and put in freezer. Just dug into it, no cobbler bits but it has chocolate, not suppose to be in cobbler. 1st time there since they switched to coke, sadly service isnt what it ise to be.
