I went there for a lite lunch and got the veggie bean soup and it was amazing. I also just had to have the cheesecake with berries, that was to die for! The staff was amazing and kind, as usual! Great customer service seems to go unnoticed these days! But not at the Good Earth, I notice how hard the staff and management work at making sure their customers are treated with patience and kindness! Thank you!!

The woman who is typically behind the counter, whom I believe to be the manager (her name is Joyce, 5’5” to 5’6”ish tall, with light strawberry-blonde to light brown hair), has consistently been one of the most unkind and unpleasant individuals I’ve ever encountered in customer service. On Saturday, I simply ordered a Thai peanut wrap and asked for it to be made lettuce WRAPPED, instead of a tortilla. Joyce immediately gave me a harsh look, and when my order was ready, she placed the to-go box on the counter with noticeable aggression, without saying a single word—not even a thank you.
I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but this is not the first time I’ve experienced rudeness from her at this location. What made this time different was the way my food was prepared and presented. Please see the photo attached for reference—this is what I received for nearly $27 (a wrap and a Go Green lemonade). It was shocking and felt intentionally dismissive. I even stood at the counter for a moment, hoping for some acknowledgment, but she wouldn’t so much as look my way. I eventually left, confused and disappointed.
Joyce, shame on you. I truly hope you find peace within yourself so that you can treat people with kindness and respect. A simple “thank you” or acknowledgment goes a long way, and there is never a reason to direct anger toward customers who are simply placing an order.

The dining room was a bit stuffy when we walked in. But it seemed like the a/c kicked in after 10 mins. Though I was more worries for the staff then myself. Speaking of, they are all very nice. Make sure to tip well.
Thai basil beef: A kick of spice. Maybe a bit too much soy sauce. A veggie such as broccoli or snap peas would be a nice complement. But overall nice flavor and very well cooked.
Chiang Mai Noodles: Good peanut flavor. Good level of spice for Minnesota but not bland. A good mix of sweet potato, veggies, and noodles. Really delicious dish.
If you have allergies just let them know and they will double check with the chefs to make sure dishes are safe. We are dairy free and ate well.
Vegan Spice cake. Really good. Very dense. My husband wanted his own. Wanted a bite. I think I are half.

5 stars all around.
A great breakfast selection to satisfy a teenager to a senior citizen. Wonderful service.
Very clean.
Quiet music played in the background. We didn’t need to shout to hear our companions. (I wish other restaurants would take note.)

First time ever going to this location, had excellent service and the food was outstanding and left me with a clean feeling after eating it. I got the seasonal bison burger and wanted to order another one.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with my visit. Wanted to have a healthy, delicious lunch, so I ordered the Wok Seared vegetables and paid extra for chicken. I literally had FOUR little chunks of chicken and my plate was full of a salty gravy sauce. Expected more from a health food restaurant. Never got to mention my disappointment because my waitress never came back to ask how my food was. My friend didn’t care for her plant burger either, was just mush on a bun that kept falling out so she ended up using a spoon. So disappointing!

4.3 stars feels about right. Pretty good for a chain inside a mall. Food was good, but portions are modest for the price. Service was solid. Place was clean and not dates. However not much character.

We’ve been going to Good Earth for 40 years. They have used local farmers for that long at least. They serve real juice, no pop , There is no tea better than their house tea hot or cold. They offer seasonal specials. (Love their seasonal risottos) Their breakfast menu is available right through lunch on weekends. We have a favorite booth but don’t always get it as they have quite the following. Excellent happy servers. We’ve met friends here more times than we can count. As you’re leaving grab some of their bread or dressings or tea to take home. We love their little deli counter too with salads and desserts .
