I went to the one on airway in Livermore. I wanted a tuna sandwich. I asked the lady if she would add mayonnaise to the tuna. She flat out refused me. She said no. I asked her why? She said she didn’t want to. Needless to say I walked out. I want to the one on Dougherty avenue in San Ramon and the guy in there was more than happy to add mayonnaise to my tuna. The subway was awesome Subway with the experience that I had just encountered at the one on Airway. Way to go Dougherty Subway.

Don’t go here! Scam! They hook you in with letting you place an online order with a promo. Then, claim they didn’t get the order. Which either forces you to walk away without a sandwich or pay their higher in store price for a sandwich. Now I have to file for fraudulent charge on my credit card!

I placed my order online in the morning yesterday. But when I went to the place to pick them up, I was told my order was cancelled. I insisted that I did not cancel my order. After a minute, the store admitted that they cancelled my order because they did not like the coupon I used. At that time, I was late on my schedule.
I don’t mind they reject my order online if they don’t like the coupon. However, I don’t think it is acceptable practice to cancel customers’ order after they are placed. The owner clearly place profit ahead of customers.

I recently attempted to place an online order at this subway location, taking advantage of a promotion that was clearly advertised on their website. The promotion was successfully applied during checkout, and I received a confirmation that my order was accepted. However, shortly afterward, I received a notification that my order had been canceled by the store.
This cancellation was made without any clear explanation, and it seems to contradict the initial acceptance of the promotion and the order.

I ordered a foot long with a promotion discount that was accepted in the order. Right before I arrived it was canceled. When I called to find out what happened they said they don’t accept promotions. Then why did the order go through? Really bad customer service and I won’t return.

DO NOT GO HERE-Horrible service. I was ignored multiple times when asking questions about the food. i was over charged and they would not even try to fix the price, besides the usual “serving size of cheese based off the mood their in that day.” its for surely only in business because it shares the same building as the liquor store.

Only gave me 5 meatballs for a footlong. When I asked him for 8 like the sandwich us supposed to have he just put a bunch of sauce and 1 extra meatball. Big rip off horrible service DO NOT GO HERE. FYI this is my first and only review it is that bad. Go to another subway they are nicer.
