I must say, i’ve had my share of barbecue but this was some of the best barbecue I have ever had in my life. I’m 46 years old. I’m from North Carolina. I can tell that whoever cooks the meat takes their time. Perfectly smoked. The sides were delicious. I highly recommend to anyone who’s a barbecue lover.

BBQ is my favorite so I’ve had my fair share over the years and this place ranked the at the top! Ribs were full of flavor and fell off the bone. The pulled pork was mouthwatering! The potato salad was full of homemade flavor, and the beans had a cinnamon taste, that I’ve never experienced. Not to mention, the service that we received was superb. I will be making a drive from gainesville to the spot frequently.

The pulled pork tasted like pre-shredded pork in the refrigerator section at the store (weird texture and flavor). The mac n cheese had no flavor except smoke (like bonfire smoke). We waited 20 minutes for one meal. Trying to support local but would not recommend this one.

I would not recommend eating at this food truck. The owner serves old food that he cooked days before and the food taste horrible. He also has stolen money from my mother and I whom helped him get his food truck. He refuses to pay us back our money so now we are forced to take it to court and sue him. He is not professional and not a man of his word. Customer service is poor and the wait time for food is 20-30 minutes for 1 meal. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Was not impressed the potatoe salad was store bought and the Mac and cheese was half cold as it was attempted to be reheated the Mac tasted like it was warmed back up in the smoker still going to give a 5 star as I do not want my experience to lower their rating I hope if you get some food it is a better experience than mine possibly it was just a bad day idk but do not recommend the salad
