Don’t be DECEIVED! This stationary food truck knows what they’re doing! From the initial greeting by the lady taking the order, to the last bite of my brisket, the experience was nothing less than exceptional. Like a 5-star restaurant, the food was amazing, plated well, and an employee made their rounds mid-meal to check how I was enjoying my meal. What food truck does that???
The sliced brisket was so tender that it took very little effort to cut it with a (plastic) fork. The smoke was great through-out, and not overpowering. A great brisket that fits well for everyone– those who like smoke, and those who don’t. With the flavor and tenderness of the brisket, I had no desire to use the free provided sauces. It was just too good to add sauce.
Side note: they are adding turkey to the menu, and I was offered a sneak peak by the sweet lady checking on everyone at the tables. It was juicy and flavorful! It’s going to be a great addition.
I highly recommend checking them out.

This is a great BBQ food truck with the friendliest staff! We were blown away by the brisket, pulled pork and creamed corn – all delicious! But that mac n cheese is not to be forgotten. Thank you for a yummy lunch!! We’re adding this to our list of BBQ pit stops!

First off, this is right up there with the best. I had the chicken (juicy, flavorful), ribs (fell right off the bone, perfect seasoning), and brisket (tender and tasty). All that with two sides for $29. Reasonable prices for such a big meal. The folks running it are friendly, service was quick, and there’s a nice seating area. Fantastic place.

We stopped by to pickup lunch. The woman who took our order made good suggestions in response to we planned to order and it worked out well. We ordered a 3 meat plate with brisket, a link, and pulled pork. The plate comes with 2 sides and we ordered bacon mac and cheese, creamed corn, and an extra side of slaw. The plate came with 2 small cups of sauce. One was thicker and full bodied. One was thinner and spicier. This turned out to be the perfect lunch to share amongst 3 people. We enjoyed all the meats, but the brisket was our favorite. Next time, I want to try the baked beans.

Definitely worth checking out! On par with the already incredible eastside barbecue scene.
I got a generous amount of moist brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs for $22 after tax. It was all impressive. Tried the savory sauce toward the end of the meal and even that was delicious (not that you’ll need it).
Plenty of covered picnic table seating for larger groups, too.

Delicious food. Too much to eat in one sitting, but took home the leftovers because they were that good. J’Ashia and Rickey were sweet as could be. We had a lovely conversation. 10 out of 20 recommend.

Brisket sandwich was sizable and tasty! Had mine with jalapeños, pickles and their BBQ sauce. Came in for lunch and will definitely come back! Good shaded seating area right on 12th.
