This was a pleasant experience. The drive thru line was long due to the high demand in the morning. I went inside and got a couple of delicious donuts. The staff here were very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Fast and polite service. Enjoyed the butter pecan ice coffee. Second visit in 2 weeks and the same quality and speed both times on a Saturday afternoon. Consistent customer size both times and easy access onto 3 state routes. Definitely visiting again. The sign said it is open at 4am! Clean and flat parking lot that is well maintained. Interesting antique store nearby.

They never get my drink right! They keep asking how many creams I want in my latte. Zero! Lattes are made with milk, not cream. Can the manager please inform the staff how to make simple drinks?! I used to work for Peterborough Dunkin. If they really don’t know, there’s a recipe for drinks, right on the espresso machine. Also, it’s been months now that I get someone asking how much cream and sugar in my latte and have heard other people say they’ve been asked the same. So clearly someone needs some more training.

Jaffrey Dunkin is T.H.E slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Don’t expect to get through the drive thru in anything less than 25 minutes. Even if there is one or two cars in line, you will still wait 20 minutes. There is one or two who work here who are nice, but I’ve been at the speaker and gotten “what do you want?” And management doesn’t care. The people in this town are also pretty rude and I’ve been cut off at the drive thru by other oblivious and rude people.

Everyone posts negative reviews, but honestly my husband and I go every morning to get our coffee and see Sam. She’s always making our orders correctly, she’s super kind and friendly and is the reason we go to jaffrey dunks.

This is by far the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. Customer service is the worst, food order is always messed up and good luck standing in front of the counter and receiving help from the numerous inconsiderate employees, they won’t even acknowledge you standing there. Go to Rindge or Peterborough.
