Delivery Order: Tried this place recently and definitely not a fan. I usually try more or less the same items when trying a Chinese Restaurant for the first time, so it’s easy to compare. Quantity, Price, and Freshness are good, no complaints.
My main issue was with taste. Shrimp Lo Mein was good, Crab Rangoon stuffing was good but the shell/pocket was too thick and hard to chew, Curry Chicken was low in flavor and salt, Veg Spring Roll was average, and Dumplings also were too thick and barely any flavor

Their food is VERY good! Placed my first order order tonight and everything was super good and very tasty! I tried their vegetable lo mein, vegetable fried rice, chicken wings, egg roll, and broccoli in brown sauce and everything was SOOOOO GOOD

I got bored with my usual Chinese take-out places (average food, insane delivery fees, long wait…) so I tried this place last night. The prices were reasonable, delivery was quicker than they stated, and the food was delivered piping hot. I mean hot as if they cooked it in the car outside my house. And absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough – try it!

unbelievable experience. I ordered 3 dishes over an hour later i call them to get a ETA for the food. I got told it was on its way.. 30+ minutes pass by from that phone call. I call again just for them to tell me this time they are preparing the 3 dishes I ordered almost 2 hours ago.. After literally almost 2 HOURS . Complete waste of my time thank you for the most basic customer service. Avoid this business if you have friends and family over.

Love this place but today (02/10/22) is the last day I will be eating from here. Several price raises over the past two years( I get supply chain issues and Covid) but from 2 weeks ago prices have been raised between 20 and 30%! That is outrageous!!! A family meal that I paid approx. $35 for is now $45. The menu that they have posted in the store and on the counter are nowhere near the actual prices. Great food but way overpriced now.

I just ordered food from Golden House, this is my first, I did it Via Internet, It took me a while to get use to their system, but I finnaly mastered it…the food arrived within a half an hour.

This food was awful. I ordered a sesame chicken combo and boneless spare ribs. The chicken was over cooked. The rice tasted like cooking oil so I didn’t eat it. The boneless spare ribs tasted like they heated it up by frying it in oil and never put it under the broiler just threw sauce on it. I didn’t eat them either. To add insult to injury it cost $16.00. Not sure how this place got 4.3 stars because it is truly some bad food.

I’ve been buying from this restaurant for a while. And as of today I will not spend another dime here. Waited over an hour for a delivery, and when I called asking were it was they told me my order was misplaced and that I had to wait longer. I cancelled it and not even a sorry horrible customer service. Quite honestly the food isn’t that great either. Few blocks away so very convenient but never again.

Just ordered two takeout combination plates from them….supposed to have eggrolls included….I get the snow in town…parking stinks…my wife did it and came home to no eggrolls. Called….would you like credit or come pick them up…..I guess that is acceptable if parking doesn’t suck….asked about delivery…nothing. 1st and last time.
