I don’t live in Woodland but always make a point to stop here and get food. The general che’s chicken is amazing. We’ve had a few not great experiences with some of the staff and other dishes being super bland. But we tossed it up to bad day. We were staying in Woodland for 2 nights for a family birthday party in sac so brought our party of 6 here. When we got the bill, like that can’t be right?! It was crazy high. Brought it up to the younger woman and she just acted annoyed. Of course no amounts on the check. Oh we were charged $8 for white rice for 2 people and they added their own 18% tip!! Without telling us. I told her that is not how gratuity works. I usually tip 20% if the service is good but the server doesn’t get to decide for me. And I could understand on larger party, but 6 people!? We were so pissed told her we’d probably never be back. Make sure and ask how much everything is!

I ordered through Uber eats. I received pork with mushrooms instead of beef with mushrooms. I asked for no peas or carrots in rice and got peas and carrots in my rice. They did not provide chopsticks or utensils as requested. No hot mustard either.

Every time I come here, the service is decent, it’s not fine dining, but it’s a small family owned establishment. The food is really good, personally recommend the orange chicken and the broccoli beef.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to update your menu pricing. When I ordered the chicken fried rice, it was listed on the menu as $11.75. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $13.00 when I received the bill. It’s disappointing to encounter a discrepancy between the advertised price and what I was actually charged. If this issue is not addressed, I may reconsider my decision to return to your restaurant in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I think I just met the rude lady that everyone has mentioned. Not so much rude as not a people person. She asked several times if the food was okay, and it was just that. Okay. I would stay away from the calamari, my fish bait smells and tastes better. On a higher note I love the fried rice.

Booked the back room for 15 of my family for a birthday dinner. We had the room all to ourselves. Our server was attentive and helpful. We ordered several dishes to share family style and they were all delicious! Fresh and hot, spiced just right. We love Golden Dragon and they did not disappoint.

Ordered orange chicken and general chicken, both with $2 extra veggies option. In the general chicken I got a total of 3(!) pieces of very very very salty broccoli, and probably 6/7 small pieces of celery and two pieces of thin carrot. (I would hate to see what the normal vegetable haul is!). Now on to the chicken, general chicken was ordered hot (which is was not) I think the only difference was 4 pieces of chili peppers that were not even a little spicy, general sauce was way too sweet as well. Orange crispy chicken had no taste or orange (absolutely none!) and the chicken was not crispy, soggy at best. Both chicken orders were the typical breaded chicken but the quality of the meat to bread was not good, gave it that soggy gross texture that too many places have in our area. We will not go there again.
