I really wanted to like this place! 1st time I ordered the food was delicious! This time I didn’t even know where I was calling! Person answers and says “hello” I had to ask if I was calling the right place! Side salad, WILTED and juicy! Pasta, mostly dry and what Alfredo on it was watery! And the pasta was dry! When I called instead of saying sorry how can we fix it, it was what do you mean dry, you didn’t order extra Alfredo. No, but I would expect you to put more than 2 spoons on it because that’s what it looks like! Fries cold and old! Manager sending new pasta but I did have plans for the evening! Phone person gets a definite zero, manager gets an A for effort and trying to fix it! Mind you the there have been issues at other locations! But I’m done with Pat’s!

I had ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and an order of fries. The pizza was amazing, packed with flavor and the fries were perfect crispy. Great portion! It was more than enough for my mom , brother and me. Friendly service from them as well!!! Will definitely be coming back

Nobody would ever think of dining in here, which makes it a chill spot to do exactly that. Plus you can people watch and judge their orders if you’re into that kinda stuff. The place is very clean and the food is cheap and better than I expected. Only issue was I had to convince the guys in here to add chicken on top of my loaded fries, which to them seemed like Mission Impossible 5.

I ordered two Cheeseburger Subs and when I received my delivery which took over an hour I was given two regular old burgers WITH NO CHEESE AND THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS COLD!
