Went with my family, and I was impressed by how much they have updated the restaurant. The food was hot and fresh, the customer service was okay, when I walked in there was no one in the front so if I wanted to I could’ve eaten for free. The waitress we had was okay, overall the food was delish and I would definitely go back for it.

I don’t write reviews too often, but Robert Wells, our server, was exceptional.. He took care of us like we were family from the moment we got to our table until the moment we left. Awesome service – was never intrusive but very attentive to our needs making sure the table was clean our drinks were refilled and we had everything we needed. He was very personable and professional. He is an all-around outstanding human being and worth 1 million stars in my opinion. Please visit this location and ask for Robert’s section and you won’t be disappointed. He has a great warmth and will take good care of you as well. Horrible experience. Waited 15 minutes to pay at the counter because the young lady was running around trying to find the manager. Once we sat at our table we had flies all over us because a waiter left a bin of dirty dishes on the table next to us so he can socialize with another employee. Our waiter Robert came to greet us with an ice cream cone in his hand, chewing as he talked spitting food out his mouth (Gross). I refused to eat here after seeing how the food was not fresh, especially seeing the Del Monte cans out in the back kitchen because the employee left the door open in the back. I was NOT going to eat at this location being pregnant after seeing what I saw. Here’s my receipt and the lovely bin of dirty dishes.

A few years ago my spouse and I visited this location and was very disappointed in everything about it. About 3.5 years ago we allowed ourselves to try it again. To our absolute amazement this location had been completely and totally renovated inside and to some degree outside as well. The restaurant is and remains very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are always clean which is a true testament to an establishment’s overall cleanliness.

UPDATED REVIEW: I haven’t been to Golden Corral in a while. My mother & I went for lunch today. At the cashier, she asked if there was a discount for seniors. We were told the Senior meal is $1 cheaper. I’ll post the receipt to show that this isn’t true. Just give an honest answer when asked a question! And don’t “round up” 20¢ to make it sound better. The owner responded that “she” was a new cashier. It was a man that rang us up. All the food I tried lacked flavor or was simply just bad (except for the bread & fried okra) . When I needed butter for my roll, all they had was a spreadable vegetable oil substitute. I included my picture of the lack of regular REAL butter. I was reminded of why I don’t come here anymore. The owner also responded that most people like the food. I don’t care about other people & what they like. This was MY PERSONAL review & I did not like it. They do require wearing gloves before approaching the buffet.

Came for brunch with my family. Our waitress was very nice, collected plates, and kept our drinks coming the entire visit. The food was hot and fresh. I always loved the salad bar, and it never disappointed. The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it wasn’t super nasty. Always a good time, of course we will return

I had not been to Golden Corral in years. Had no plans of going. A friend suggested eating there after the location we were supposed to go was closed. I really enjoyed the food. The variety was impressive. It was hot and well seasoned. The wait staff was great. I felt safe eating at the buffet with all the safety measures in place. I will be going back soon. Oh yes, the prices were reasonable.
