Always a bad attitude with the cashiers for carry out orders. Today I didn’t realize I only got half of the order of rolls I purchased when I was amiss home. Just decided to get a refund and got the run around about manager’s responsibility. Cashier disappeared and returned without manager and gave me refund as if I had taken her money personally….weird! Have gone there with friends and family for over 15 years and doubt I’ll ever go back and will discourage friends and family as well. Hard to enjoy their meals with bad attitude staff/cashier. I had to take photo of receipt since she wouldn’t return it and just to realize I was short changed on the refund after driving away

I mean, it’s a buffet in a chain. It is probably the cleanest buffet I’ve ever been to and the food is definitely better, IMO, than at the local buffet that is individually owned. I go because my Dad loves to eat there and our ‘dates’ are time I cherish. The waitstaff is ALWAYS warm and friendly. The cashiers are, almost always, as well. Managers are always visible, always involved. Food is maybe above average for a buffet, as it is always replaced promptly and the areas around the food are maintained (spills cleaned up almost immediately, serving utensils replaced as needed).

Okay here’s the thing, whenever I go to the United States I try a new restaurant I’ve never been to before. I will go back to the Golden corral every single time I go to the United States hands down bar none for sure! Fried chicken unbelievable in fact all the food is unbelievably good and so plentiful and very very reasonably priced….. Can you tell I liked it? How there isn’t one on every street corner I’ll never know.

We are house hunting in the area. We have made 3 trips to the area and are going again tomorrow. The food is excellent. The staff is great. Only problem is there is too much good food. The selections are amazing. I can’t eat enough to get a taste of all I want. We have gone there a total of 4 times now and will be there again tomorrow with our sonand family. So much better than our experience with a certain steak house in the area (see other comment).

The service today was really good. The food was good and they kept fresh food coming. I would recommend the Golden Corral to those looking for a good variety and all you can eat. I must say they are a bit pricey.

I’ve been to Golden Corrals all over GA and AL and have to say this one had the best food and service I’ve ever seen. The manager was meticulous. The chef cutting the steak was friendly and inviting. The servers were well trained and hustling. The Newnan Golden Corral is the exemplar.

Went to this restaurant for dinner and we noticed that the restaurant was extremely cold! I have noticed this at a couple other Golden Corrals. It can be a good thing but in this case it was so cold that when we were getting food that was hot and fresh and bringing it to the table it was like cold in 10 minutes and that was very frustrating I did speak to the manager until him to please turn the air down a little bit because the food was not enjoyable. I noticed that they did not have any lettuce or tomato slices set up for the cheeseburger sliders so I grab some pickles off the salad bar but was not how I wanted to dress my food. The waitress was a older white lady and she was only given her customers two plates at a time which was very annoying because I noticed that she had two customers walk to her and say can I please have some plates she was sitting them in the corner on a tray on top of a high chair and I noticed when we needed more plates we had to do the same thing to get more and this is not good service instead of her giving customers at least 4 or 6 plates and I think what she was really trying to do was trying to control how much waste she had to pick up off of the tables at our expense! This is not a good look for Golden Corral!

Good food but extremely overcrowded to the point they should have had a limit or capacity. No where to sit and my disabled mother (46) had a hard time getting around because of so. Also, the front door was broken off the hinges placed to the side and it was almost 100⁰ so extremely HOT while there

The food was good, and hot. Our server did a excellent job! We never had to wait on her. She kept out drinks full and attended to all our needs. The restaurant was clean and so was the restrooms!!!
