Went to get my haircut at new place and this tasty awesome smelling place right next door . This place is small with big menu big flavor and great service people at the counter waiting to serve you up epic food and snacks and desserts . Don’t order from the online menu . The owners didn’t put the online menu online at all.( someone else without permission from owners) . Go see this Huge menu in person at this place

Overcooked fries and when I called to tell them about my order being wrong The man that claim to be the one in charge gave me a fake name he couldn’t spell and told me I was lying about my fries being overcooked because he was the ones that cooked them. He was very rude and I had to speak with someone else. He was nice and apologized for the mixup. I would not eat here again.

I didn’t want to even give this 1 ⭐..On Sunday 6/11/23. @ 4pm or so I placed a order for delivery. A perch dinner. Not only was the bag dripping w grease, the fish was old & a grayish color! It was so hard it cracked like a potato chip! The fries were nasty & cold & a few had a green tint to it! I called the store the line was busy, so I called the delivery guy he stated that he was walking in & would have the manager call me, which he never did. I eventually called to the store & spoke w a manager who refused to give me his name, replace or refund my food! He was rude & disrespectful & hung up in my face. I contacted DNS / PROPERTY SEARCH the guy that owns the building said he has nothing to do w the restaurant. I have made contact with 6 news investigates. You selling old seafood, old food in our neighborhood to our people then being rude too! I have receipts & pics!!! Please share

Soooo I ordered take out and it was only a 4 piece chicken dinner. I didn’t receive a call till a hour later saying my food was done 30 minutes ago. (Mind you I stay literally across the street from this horrible establishment) so when I get there after receiving the call, I asked the bald Humpty Dumpty guy if my food was fresh and he replied “we don’t never call for your food you should know to come after 20 minutes” then why ask for my number for a call back when I placed the order. I then asked again if I could have my order made again because it was placed a whole hour ago and the food at this point shouldn’t be served. It truly upset me that the workers there are racist. After I was told I couldn’t get my order remade or even check to see if it’s even edible before paying. I simply left and the big heavy old guy said “boy don’t ever come back”.. SMH STUFF LIKE THIS YOH CANT MAKE UP. YALL REALLY NEED TO TIGHTEN UP AND UNDERSTAND THIS IS 2023!!!!!

I frequent this restaurant occasionally and have always enjoyed the fried chicken evethough the customer service is NOT the greatest! Our church has a yearly New Years Eve Watch Service, and we decided to order chicken for the service, tonfeed out guest church. We ordered and paid for 175 pieces; at a cost of $260.00. The chicken arrived, it was not the same quality as I’m use to. The chicken was extremely dark in color, it appeared over fried, there were feathers on the chicken. Additionally pieces were very, very small specially the wings and thighs. I called the manager today to discuss the quality of our order and our extreme dissatisfaction. The manager informed me: “we can’t control the size of the chicken as it comes in a bag.” He further stated he prepared the order and “it looked okay to me.” Additionally, he was argumentative with me, and unreasonable. I explained that we would not order from Golden Chicken again and his response was “okay.” Needless to say, I remain disappointed and continue to lose faith in restaurants who have no concern for their customers and/or customer satisfaction.
