We got the Pork carnitas and carne and Asada tacos / I wish I could have got one taco to try and wish at this moment they had more options as mentioned in the comments .
Regardless , the portion sizes are good, I do wish the tacos had like pineapple or mango to give it a little sweetness. Overall they’re good .

Just found the best Birria Burrito in Bend. Perfect ratio of beans/rice/meat, and the Birria was spiced just enough (I could taste the cloves). There was enough slow cooked juice to make the burrito moist, but not fall apart. The hot sauce was great, too.

I saw Tacos la Catrina has recently opened in the Podski Food card lot, so tried their tacos. I had 2 Bistec (Carne asada) and two Cecina Enchilada (pork) tacos for $10 and they were superb. Several solid mouthfulls each, 4 filled me up for dinner. Whilst I can be a bit cautious towards tacos in general as I often find they are stuffed with too much salsa, etc and thus very little meat, these were all meat with salsa’s provided on the side. Just enough spice and deliciously marinated. I will definitely be re-ordering from this food truck next time I want a Mexican takeout.

YUM! So far I have only had the fried cactus taco, which was the BOMB. They don’t have a lot of veg options since it’s a pretty short menu but it’s really good quality food and I can’t wait to go back for more! Good prices too.
