I have never left a bad review but this was so irritating. I placed an order for a bowl at 7:18 PM. Came in at 7:45 to pick up my bowl and was told that they could not find my order. I ordered through doordash, how does my order simply not come through? Like where does it go? They close at 8, so my bowl could’ve been made, yet everything was shut down and the lights were off 15 minutes early and the worker “tried to find our bowl” for 10 minutes until they actually were supposed to close. I was then told to drive back the next morning, mind you I live 40 minutes away. Still waiting on a refund to my $22 bowl.

The customer service was great. This was our first time here and the guy was very helpful and super friendly. He even went back and made my order so it was exactly what I asked for. He custom made it just for me! I will be returning. A great healthy alternative to fast food.

I love love love this place! I am from Chicago and every time I come to Wisconsin I go here. I always recommend my friends to come as well if they go to Milwaukee. The food is so good and fresh. I wish you opened at least one of your restaurants in downtown Chicago , Illinois, you would be super popular there. We need more quality food like this ❤️ Good luck

Located conveniently next to Target at Bayshore Mall, this place is perfect if you’re hungry after doing some shopping. I really like the Spicy Tuna bowl which is a generous serving size. It seems like they can be super busy though, so be prepared to wait a bit and chat with your friends while it’s getting prepared. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My only minor issues were things that they can’t really control which is the sunlight since the windows let in a lot of light and noise level of noisy teens walking by…
Overall, food was very good and the location is very convenient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Small but beautiful space with fresh, delicious poké (I love the build-your-own). Great spot to grab a quick lunch, with the new Target easily accessible across the way. Very happy they opened here. I hope they stick around!

So glad FreshFin opened a location in Bayshore Mall.
I’ve been to most poke places that have been opening around Milwaukee in the last few years, and thus far I have not found one that is better than FreshFin. I like their concept, clean and fast, and delicious.
We stood in line for over an hour (including the time it took for the food to come out) on their opening day (both opening days lol) we were so excited.
Except for the opening day, I can now make online orders, so I don’t expect I’ll have to wait so long anymore for some fresh poke bowls.
Rainbow Bowl – hubby had this both nights. With tuna, salmon, tobiko (which were different colors each night for some reason), and seaweed salad among other ingredients… and the Thai chili ginger and sriracha aioli drizzle, this is a great savory bowl for dinner
Mango Tango – this bowl was a bit overdone with edamame. I felt like there was more edamame than rice. The Thai chili ginger and sweet shoyu sauces made this dish a tad too sweet for dinner for me. It was refreshing, and I can imagine it’d be great for those who have a sweeter tooth. Maybe for lunch or a snack. The mangoes weren’t sweet themselves, probably because they really aren’t in season?
Spicy Tuna – This one also had Edamame, but much better balanced. The Sriracha aioli and sweet shoyu sauces are a great mix – not quite as sweet as the Mango Tango and with a little kick. I gotta say, though, that this was better when I had it at the downtown location. I think the cooks are still learning and too pressed for time with so many opening day customers.
Look forward to becoming a regular here!

Today I called to make sure I would be able to make the cut before close which was 7:35, I ordered at 7:15. I arrive at 7:45 to it looking closed. When I asked if they had my order they said they hadn’t received an order and was unable to refund me. I’m very disappointed in this service after I wouldn’t be able to get a refund till over a day later.

Some great food, which I didn’t expect with it just tucked away near the Target entrance. Nice staff that really makes great suggestions. Good amount of nice quality food for a reasonable price. Not your cheapest meal, but good for that you get.

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality. I had the hungry warrior and that was really good. My husband had the kalua pork and he said it was good too. Good value compared to having sushi.

Walked into a clean store, with an easy to understand menu. What surprised me though was the quality of the food. The portion size was generous; the ingredients top tier.
The other folks eating there; at the same time as me, were all visibly pleased with their bowls. I’d eat another right now if FreshFin was open.
