Terrible workers. Everyone goes outside to smoke but can’t take orders in the drive thru or when you pull up to the window. They also always close early and get your order wrong every time. Staff is also ALWAYS rude as hell. They would have so much more business if they just hired completely new staff.

Been coming here for years and years. My wife and i got the 12 tenders and more for 24 bucks. Not bad until I Added 2 lg. Sweet tea, And a single side of Mac. Total was over$37. The 2 teas and single side of Mac is $11. That’s ridiculous 7 bucks for 2 teas $3.79 for a single serving Of Mac n cheese. As much ice as they put, your only getting 16 ounces of tea. The tenders are half the size that they use to be. I got several pieces that were the size of a pinky.

I love the food but the service at this location is not the best. I waited at the speaker and no one took my order. Then I waited at the window and they looked at me but didn’t open the window. I pulled around because there were cars behind me and again no one said any at the speaker. After I pulled to the window a second time they took my order and we’re really nice. I’m just really confused at what was going on. Very strange and disappointing. Hopefully it won’t be like that when I come back

chicken is so good i wish i can eat it everyday but they get orders wrong alot you guys need new workers because some of them suck at their job. my mom refuses to buy me golden chick because she says its to white please make sure its good and golden i love this place more than rusty rooster but my mom complains about any wrong thing but my stomach craves this place and the zing and gravy is the best i love the fries and my mouth melts just thinking about it but u always have to check your order because they cant get it right the first time

Corn nuggets were still frozen in the middle. Drink counter was messy, though a lady did clean up later. Order was right, Chicken was good.

If I could give this place a 0 for stars I would. My husband and I used to go here all the time. This last time we went was horrible. We got old cold chicken tenders and the tea smelled and tasted soured. The french-fries were cold and stale. upon finishing our meal we both had extreme stomach pains and had food poisoning. This isn’t the first time this has happened apparently, according to the reviews on here. This used to be a great place to eat, now it has gone down hill and slid into the dumpster. I recently have seen employees go into the restroom area and come out without washing their hands. There are employees that aren’t wearing hair nets like food service is supposed to. I can only assume that the multiple hairs I have found over the past months in my chicken is from the employees not following safe food prep practices. I have seen employees grab pieces of chicken with bare hands. In spite of all this We continued to go back because we thought it would get better. Please DO NOT GO HERE! If you value your health and value good chicken find another place to go. Honestly they probably should be shut down!!!

Me and my husband used to always go here .They used to be my husband favorite place to eat at in gonzales but now he can’t stand it. We went their for lunch and it was 11:15 no one came to the Entercom so we go up to the window and they tell us we are not open yet. This is the second time in the past week this has happened. We gotten hard dried out chicken and chicken tenders the dirty rice was like mush. When we order ower food we wouldn’t get what we paid for then the Manager is like well we will replace the stuff you didn’t get from now on We will not go here again you can take photos of your order and show them its wrong thats not good enough. This place will be closing soon watch.
