Always friendly and quick. Restraunt has always been clean when I’ve been in. The rolls are absolutely amazing! Never had an issue with the chicken not being fresh. My husband absolutely loves the chicken sandwhich from here. The fries are awesome too and I’m not a big fry person.

I ordered 2 nine piece boxes of wings. My roll was missing in both boxes and I didn’t get nine whole wings in each box. I received nine pieces that were halves of wings in each box for $19.46. That sux! Your chicken strips are great but the wings are a total ripoff. I tried to fill out the comment form but the submit button will not work.Your form ask for time of day but it will not accept the time I insert.

To begin with, it is very pricey, nearly $80.00 for a family meal. The food was cold, and it didn’t taste fresh. The only words spoken from the lady were, “What do you want?” It made it very awkward. If the food was better, even with the bad service. I would go back, but I’m not going back.

Tried GC for the 1st time last night. We went 30 minutes before closing because we were visiting from out of town, we’re hungry and most restaurants were closed. We asked if we could still order and they welcomed us in and said not to worry to come in and eat. They had been cleaning so we asked if they wanted us to sit anywhere to avoid getting a clean area dirty. Again they told us we were welcome and to sit anywhere we wanted not to worry. I didn’t know what to order and Jaycee(JC?) Worked her magic and made a combo that had several versions (roasted, fried regulat and spicy wings). She was so great! While I was waiting I tried their little egg machine to win a prize. It took my coins and I asked Chris for help. He couldn’t get it to work and said if I closed my eyes and picked an egg i could make it work. So I ended up with 2 eggs with mini prizes. I thanked him and told him that was fun. Well when my food comes up he brought me a plush chicken prize and told me I was a winner. Everyone just made my night fun. I enjoyed the chicken and their tea was great. I went back today for tea and everyone for this shift was so nice too. I will return again simply for the customer service. Thanks again Jaycee & Chris @ kerville Golden Chick

The new guy at the register had a great attitude! Actually all of the workers had a good attitude and willing to help the new guy! The wings and sandwich was the bomb! Will definitely go back!
