Horrible service and food, stay away from this restaurant. My husband and I waited long just to take the order even when we were the only ones in the restaurant . Their priority was the drive through. We ordered 9 spicy wings meal and 6 chicken tenders meal. We got only one piece of biscuit for the tenders meal; the chicken tenders were not cooked all the way. My wings were only 6 and when I went to ask for the other 3 they told me if I rather have chicken tenders because the wings will take another 10 minutes to cook and they did not have any more ready. They never apologized nor provided the missing pieces we paid for. Do not recommend this place

I came from out of state and I haven’t had Golden Chick in years.. This was much needed. All of the staff is very friendly, very attentive and they were very quick with our order as well. Thank you guys for reminding me what I’ve been missing and what I came here for. Love you Golden Chick.

I ordered a sandwich combo and a 4 pc tender combo we get pulled around and the girl tells us to pull around we wait and she hands us the wrong order and when I tell her what our order was she said it’ll be an extra 8 minutes bc they didn’t drop the filet for my sandwich and when I finally did get my food it was COLD AND LOOKED LIKE THIS. do better. And my husbands gravy was missing!

I believe my order was taken by the manager I’m not sure but her name was Mariah and she was so helpful and positive she helped my mother carry her food to her table she was very kind and patient with us you don’t get that kind of service or attention at fast food restaurants anymore she needs to be recognized she gave me a card to review her service after sitting down with her and telling her how wonderful she had been with us I just want this to reach the right people so they can understand that lady is GREAT at her job! And our food was absolutely wonderful as well! Me and my mother both had 2 pc chicken combos and they were fresh and very hot which she warned us about when she walked out the food to our table I don’t know what yall put in that chicken or your training but it will definitely bring me and my family back!

I wish that I could give this location a better rating but can’t, and because of these reasons :
Inconsistency with the size of the chicken pieces. (Especially breast) One visit we received pieces that one piece was enough for an adult, and the next time, you needed three!
Asked the employees, and they wouldn’t make up for the “baby” sized chicken pieces. (ripoff!)
The preparation of the food varies greatly from good to really greasy, overcooked, or undercooked and almost unfit to eat!
The employees are extremely disorganized, often don’t have food prepared at peak eating times, and have no people skills for dealing with the customers.
Another issue is with portion sizes of the sides. One visit, you may get what you expect or receive something that will make you disappointed and mad that you should even have to tell the employees why are they being so skimpy?
Inconsistency is the downfall of many restaurants, and hopefully, this one figures this out!
We are leery of going here now after two good visits and three bad ones.
