I asked for the lucky 13 tenders for $19.99 then you can add 4 singles sides for $8.00. I asked and repeated it over the intercom. She charged us for each side. So we asked for a refund for the extra money that was charged and she stated they have to refund the whole thing so we’d have to repay. So we asked can we get something of equal value. Thankfully they did. So over all food was okay but I didn’t like the customer service. I’m big on great customer service. I didn’t give anyone a hard time just don’t like having to go through things like that just to grab a quick a dinner one night.

I drove out of my way because this location has never failed me when it comes to the quality of the food. I waited 6 to 8 minutes to put in an order, which is fine. But then I’m given extremely dried out pieces of chicken with gravy the texture of water. I can’t believe I paid for this.

The lobby was closed before 9pm and the cashier keep getting the order wrong. The fish was fresh but slightly over cooked. The green beans were good as always. If I visit again it would definitely be during the day shift.

0 stars! Received order off DoorDash and one of the drumsticks had a rancid, fishy smell and taste. Took one bite and almost puked. Threw the entire order away and if I get food poisoning, I’m suing!!

Be aware of this location not being a good representation of what Golden Chick should be. The employees conduct towards customers is appalling.
The food reflects their negative attitude towards working. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt once more but it only lead to even greater disappointment. I hope the right person sees this review and resolves this long standing issue.

We placed an order online which happened to go through doordash. When we went to pickup our food the person at the window said sorry we are out of the fish. When I asked how to get a refund they said contact doordash. Anyway doordash had to contact the restaurant to verify my story when the GM gets on the phone says she was there and they had the product in stock. I don’t know why we were told what we were told but they customer service GM is rude and dismissive.
