I went to the drive-through order to 9 piece wings they gave me a 6 piece they didn’t give me my cookie they gave me some old wings after waiting in the drive-through for 10 minuthen when I went in there and asked for some new ones that’s when I noticed they only gave me 6 instead of 9 Because the cashier said he said he wants 6 more new wings and I said it’s supposed to be at 9P she looked at me and said well did you eat 3 I said no I just came through the drive-through and then the manager came up and started to try to charge me saying that I didn’t pay for the meal and then didn’t apologize and gave me attitude when she realized it was her mistake or should I say team mates mistake. Once I started to eat I noticed that the food tastes funny like it had too much breading, so the meat wasn’t able to be cooked all the way. I just threw it all away, if you want bad service and to waste your money and time this is a perfect place to come enjoy. (“P.S. those are 4 completely different wings that you’re looking at”)

First time. Great fried chicken. Customer service left a lot to be desired. The young lady at the counter was jokingly defying her manager and stating she didn’t care if we needed to wait. She suggested to her manager that she could be written up.

The food is not what it used to be. I ordered from the drive thru and when i arrived to my home. I was very disappointed. My fries for my kids meal and combo meal were old and burnt. 3 out of 6 of my tenders were very tiny to be consider a full tender. One of the kids tenders was just breading. Very disappointing.

Went In to place an order yesterday afternoon, I’m assuming it was a manager in a blue shirt had the nastiest attitude towards her employees and over the drive thru head set. As I waited for my food to be packed I repeatedly heard her Answer head set with a snobby attitude and No Patience with Guest. Golden chick has always been on of my favorite places to go to and I have never heard a manager with so much negativity towards her guest. The food was amazing and the crew worked extremely fast, Besides the manager on drive thru my visits was a fairly nice. Your manager should taught to respect employees and customers.

The chicken(if they used any, it’s like search and find) was hard. The food was cold. The drinks were warm. Mashed potatoes small and yuck so was the Gravy. The wings were awful to say the least. So small, I had six of them and compared to KFC a joke.

The service is so terrible. We had to repeat our order twice so they could fix it, then they forgot to charge us so we had to give our card back. Then we asked for our sauces a 3rd time, and we were handed one sauce that was not the sauce we asked for so we just left with what we had.

I am so disappointed in this store because it’s not like it was when I first moved here. Almost 7 years ago and it’s been my go to because no matter what my food was on point, now they are lazy and don’t care about anything but getting you out as soon as they can! Every time I go now I get a wrong order and you can’t call because they won’t pick up the phone, I ordered a family fry with gravy and 2 small drinks, I received a half empty box of frys with half burnt okra and a family of green beans and two small drinks Almost 20$ ! I am going to have to find a new place to go.
