This place gets my order incorrect about 60% of the time. Red head girl at the drive thru carries an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. Likes to roll her eyes if I ask for something they forgot to put in the bag. The tall white skinny kid with the longer hair doesn’t know how to read. If I go inside to pick up my order, my order has missing items or completely wrong every time he bags orders. Always low staff. This place went downhill from when I first moved here in 2016. The morning crew is always 1000x better for breakfast. Maybe because they aren’t entitled young high school kids who don’t want to work but want higher wages for zero work ethic. The only time this place runs great in the afternoon/ evening hours is when the short black woman with short hair and tattoos is running the show. She knows how to keep her crew in check and keep them working. She deserves a promotion or raise because there’s never an issue with her. The heavier white girl with blondish hair in the afternoon, who is a shift leader, can’t run the show for nothing. That’s when it all goes wrong.

The order taker/ cashier was great but the black guy with the stocking cap is very unpleasant. He barely says a word when asked a question and has a “don’t want to be here” attitude. The food was cold and they clearly need more staff in the kitchen at night. This isn’t the first time this has happened and we usually avoid eating there this late at night but it was Halloween and we wanted something after trick or treating.

I will probably not go back to this McDonald’s. They forgot the happy meal we ordered. The fries were cold and limp by the time we got home. We are only a block away from the restaurant. And you couldn’t even make the Big Mac correctly. See pictures. What a joke this restaurant has become.

This place is a joke. Your order is never right and it’s being ran by entitled kids with bad attitudes. We just came through the drive thru and the red head girl has such a nasty attitude she acted as if she didn’t want to be there and like it was our fault our order wasn’t right.

I don’t like to complain but this McDonalds has some real issues. Not sure how a McDonalds franchise like this one can be out of drink carriers twice now when I have visited. Today they were also out of Coca Cola. The frappe machine was down as usual but I was surprised that the milk shake machine was up and running today. A francise should never be out of a popular drink like Coke and for sure not drink carriers. Either it’s poor management or the owner is not spending the money on the franchise to be more like other McDonalds.

McDonald’s is a great value when compared to the competition but the customer service has taken a hit in the last few years. From constant wrong orders to sit down restaurant wait times. The company needs to adopt the chick fil a approach.

I waited at curbside for over 20 minutes. When I went in to check on my order they said they weren’t going to be bringing out any curbside orders at all and everyone would have to come in. It would have been nice to know before I waited for 20 minutes.

Sausage and biscuit not very good annd very peppery, also did not receive the 3 hash browns I ordered and had to call for a refund.
