This place is run down. Don’t stop by here go to a different location. I order my food and they just totally forget about my order after I seen 3 people get their food faster and they came in a few minutes after me. Never again will I come here to eat again.

Got the food no gravy and it was cold.

Never coming here again. Every time I come here service has been slow. Workers are rude. Had to wait 40 min on a sandwich once and a worker said, oh you still want that. Today I went again to try and see if things have changed and did a pickup order and after it said it was ready at a certain time, I asked and they told me to wait 7 min on my sandwich and was still not ready, I went again and asked and they said two more minutes. I told them no because of my past experience and Everyone was looking at me dumb and saying to wait in the parking lot. The GM went to the window and was rude and screamed at me saying to wait in the parking lot and I said no and then i asked how long and he did not answer me he was just screaming at me saying wait in the parking lot.

Man the dude came back in the store sweating…sweating over the food literally smh… didn’t go near a had washing sink… a back pack on.. pulling pants up.. restaurant not clean. Dirty materials used… I can’t make this up. But if you don’t believe me. You’ll figure it out later with an upset belly.

It makes absolutely no good sense that the workers here are this disrespectful and this painfully slow—inside AND outside. It’s like they go out of their way to make the experience miserable. The attitudes are disgusting, the service is pathetic, and the speed is laughable. Honestly, calling this “fast food” is the biggest joke of all. If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would proudly do it. Golden Chick should be embarrassed this place even exists—it drags their name straight through the dirt.

Customer service is not the best, it appears the young lady at the front counter did not want to be at work no matter how many time I asked how she was doing before placing my order. I asked for fresh tenders since I had to wait on another part of my order. I received these old dried up unseasoned strips. The roll is as hard as a brick on the top and I’m just not happy. I didn’t even want to complain because the guy behind me already had an attitude about how he was treated. I’ll never go back to this location again.

The Worse location!!
I came here for lunch today, as I waited for my order, the customer behind me was ordering and wanted roasted well they were out of a particular piece and he asked to substitute for a fried piece, they told him no, he asked Why? The attitude the young lady had should have been a sign for me then. I get my food from the guy in the back, though the chicken is on display in the drive thru view, checked just to make sure the order was correct. As I’m driving home I kept smelling a weird smell, I get home open my box and the chicken is old, like it was de dipped in grease to seem hot, the bread was hard. There is no point in returning as I was back at worth, and with the attitudes I saw from the employees I was able to get lunch somewhere else. If I ever actually want GC I will go to Lancaster location, but I strongly doubt that and will just not waist my money at this establishment

Everything is fine, but the service is very slow. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for 5 single chicken sandwiches. They weren’t busy. If they were, I would understand. But they weren’t. So, they need to talk to the staff so they can get the orders out faster so people don’t get upset. I worked in a restaurant, and it wasn’t a fast food restaurant. It was big, and there were a lot of customers, and we never made them wait that long.

We just left this particular Golden chick and I was dreading stopping there in the first place. We NEVER have a pleasant experience. Today was no different. We tried to place an order and the young lady was short and rude and did not even try to accommodate our request. Ok, I get it, you can’t always get it your way, but then when we got to the window the staff was rude, short and got mad when we wouldn’t move out the line to allow them to fix other people’s orders. When we explained that we are not trying to be rude but every time you ask us to move up we end up being here another 20-45 minutes waiting while our food is given to others. Even the manager had no words to assist and was actually abrupt from our first encounter. This particular branch should be revamped with all new staff in my opinion or at minimum everyone needs more training. They staff stood in the window mad we wouldn’t move instead of just fixing the food and making sure we had the correct order.
