The lady that took our orders name was Imani. My interaction with her was quick and not really an issue initially. The issue was when another guest who was waiting on his food was verbally berated by her as she asked him what he wanted on the bagel. He hadn’t even really ordered and when he was confused she stated “so you don’t even know what you want on your bagel” then proceeded to say “these folks are getting on my nerves, they make Imani want to retire”. This was in earshot of everyone and made all patrons uncomfortable. The gentleman next to the one she was speaking to asked if he was still going to get his bagels. She got quiet and didn’t say much else as I believe that that was who she was supposed to be talking to initially. I then got to my gate and realized my order was wrong. I ordered turkey and cheddar sandwich and realized when I got to the gate that I got bread, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and spicy mustard. No Turkey or Cheddar in sight. The guy who made it was very nice and remade the sandwich but when Imani heard what was going on she said “after this no remakes”. My husband asked her if she would pay $20 for 2 pieces of bread and toppings, to which she demanded to see the incorrect order that the nice guy had already tossed to remake. This type of attitude unfortunately will be continue unless the company does something to correct since patrons are afraid to make a scene at the airport.

I ordered an asiago and cream cheese bagel from here this morning, and it was the best bagel I’ve ever had. The bagel was big and so flavorful, and it was toasted to perfection. The amount of cream cheese was also super generous! I also ordered a mocha iced coffee, and it was nice and chocolaty and definitely tasted like high-quality coffee to me. The lady who took my order was really polite and pleasant too, and I only wish I had gotten her name for the sake of this review. She was tall and had her hair styled in an afro, and her pleasant demeanor was off the charts. Props to whomever prepared my order and had it ready in less than 5 minutes as well!

This was the WORST restaurant I have EVER been to. All the employees had a rude attitude. We were standing in line and when it was our turn, cashier doesn’t even say hi or anything and just stares at my face, looks like she doesn’t want to do her job. And on top of this terrible service they ask for a tip?? I’m someone that tips EVERYWHERE I go, and I wouldn’t even tip these workers 1 cent. This place felt so unsanitary as well. One of the girls was scratching her hair, the other was picking up dirty towels off the floor with a glove and then using the same glove to handle other things. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and they both took so long to come even though all 4 of the workers were literally doing NOTHING. After my bagel comes out I had to ask for my coffee twice and the girl was giving us an attitude for asking. It’s just a normal coffee that you pour into a cup, not even a latte or something. And then, as if this wasn’t the worst experience ever, I open my coffee and even though I asked them to leave room for cream there was no room, I had to throw out my coffee after one sip it was DISGUSTING. I wish I had looked at the reviews before coming here.

At this location, the quality of the food doesn’t seem to matter much. The sandwich was made incorrectly. It was not toasted, and the bagel was scooped out. I watched as the person got a plastic container, slapped everything on the sandwich, and threw out the lettuce. Apparently, at this location, it doesn’t matter what you order.

First time at Goldberg’s and really enjoyed their bagels! Tried the vegetarian bagel on “ everything” bagel and it was delicious! As with any airport chain, it was quite pricey but still enjoyable. I was served by Edgar M and they were very nice!!

The employees are absolutely rude and clearly don’t want to be there. I asked for a breakfast sandwich on sourdough and they put it on an everything bagel and it tasted awful – I took one bite and threw it away, They have a large coffee menu but had nothing available except regular black coffee. Do not go here.

Ordered a pastrami sandwich on rye and received a sandwich with one slice of Pastrami and one leaf of lettuce. Was rushing to board my flight and was surprised once I boarded. $15.39 for this is absolutely wrong. My bottled coke and chips were as expected.

I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and it came cold (there is no description of hot or cold in the menu) but I expected it to be warm/toasted. When I asked the staff if they could put it in the toaster, they refused and ignored me. Would never eat here again

I love this place it’s the best when you’re in a hurry to catch your flight and looking for a quick breakfast my bagel was amazing and made quickly coffee was fresh and everything was set out for you already only wish they had another one in the place I landed lol but yall def should try it out!!
