I found this place after searching for places to eat around my job. I was tired of eating the same old thing on my cheat days. Small place with great food. It is inside a honeydew along with a convenience store. They do offer online ordering, but since they just switched systems my order didn’t go through even though I got an email confirmation and pick-up time. When I went to pick up my food he was able to make it right then and there. He was very sympathetic and apologetic and explained what happened. The food was good. Could use a little bit more flavor, but still very tasty. The whole office smelled like heaven. The price is good for the portion size. Will order again soon. Stop by for some great service and good food.

Real deal smoker BBQ. The best collards this side of the Carolina low country. Cornbread is beautiful. It’ll stand up to one their smoky chilis or stews, and it will delight you the next day under the broiler with butter next to your morning coffee. Great job folks!!

Staff always friendly, bbq superb sides are good. It’s in a gas station so grab and go, but I love it drive from Boston better than the other spots I’ve tried. Wish he would add beef ribs sometimes but man it’s all good. Never dry or burnt

This place is easily the best bbq in the metro west and probably in the greater Boston area. The smoked brisket is perfectly done, juicy tender, perfectly marbled and beautiful rendered. The owner Bob is a brisket king. Beautiful brioche buns, absolutely delicious sides; Mac and cheese was so satisfying and the beans had a super unique flavor plus the collared greens had amazing flavor and were cooked perfectly. This bbq joint is the whole. damn. package. I recommended 11/10. Do a big takeout order or a family style dinner. You’ll be back for more. Good honest business. Love supporting places like this. It’s in a gas station but don’t let that fool you on quality – this place fires out high caliber product like a Texas or Kansas City smokehouse. It’s excellent. Go try it!

Just ordered brisket and pulled pork from Smokehouse BBQ in Norwood. Also came with 2 sides and cornbread. Everything is delicious and we lived in the South for years before moving here.

Randomly stopped here while on shift to use the bathroom in the gas station. Smelled the food on the way in. I ended up getting the chili dog. The chili is amazing! The hot dog is huge and flavorful. And the mashed potatoes are so very good. Not one bad thing to say. Clean, fast, and delicious service.

I was hoping for some BBQ, and what I found sheltered in a small building between a honey dew donuts and gas station was the best brisket ive had in a very long time, to the point its changed my opinion on whether or not I liked Brisket- I love it. If you have the time, and you wont need much of it, you have to stop by here and get lunch from the kind gentleman.

Absolutely delicious the smoked chicken Caesar wrap with cornbread croutons is amazing, plus the pork ribs chipotle bbq sauce also compliments the Caesar wrap. Literally can’t wait to go back 5 stars, service is a friendly 1-man show but wow so good. THANK YOU GOOGLE for another awesome find.

I got the brisket plate, with Mac and coleslaw for the sides, it also comes with a piece of cornbread. The brisket was absolutely immaculate, as tender as tender can be, super juicy and very well seasoned. Big points for using cavatappi for the Mac as that’s my go-to when making Mac at home. I will say I think the Mac could benefit from just an extra dash from the seasoning department, but nonetheless is was extremely creamy. The coleslaw was crisp and not too tangy, just right, also the sauce is light and thin which in my opinion, is exactly how coleslaw should be. Coleslaw with a thick and creamy sauce just isn’t it, so I am glad that was not the case. Now for the cornbread, just a slice of heaven right there. I am super biased because, well who doesn’t love cornbread, but every bite you could tell it was made with love. I will 100% be back to try their other menu items. One final note, the lady and gentlemen I encountered were super nice and the place just had a real home like energy. This was a meal that just makes your whole day.
