Placed the order in app and walked in to pick up. It was super busy with the Chili Week deals, car line out to the street. The staff was great. They took extra care to get my vegetarian items correct. Packed nicely and I was in and out pretty quickly given the day. Best quality Cincinnati chili around.

2/2 visits were wrong orders. I say no mustard, you ask “you said no mustard?”, I say “Yes, no mustard”, then you put a thick line of mustard on all of the coneys. Sure, ok. I can’t eat mustard, so yeah, gee, thanks. Additionally – not really rude at the drive-thru, but not very friendly either. Guess I’ll skip Goldstar from now on.
I’d like to clarify that the inside dining staff are generally great. But honestly, just entirely remove the drive-thru if you’re this incompetent at it.

This is a recently renovated Gold Star with great service. We LOVE their 4-way with vegetarian chili and onions!! We came in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and the place was empty.

After some light shopping my wanted vegan chilli from gold star. A quick trip through the drive thru and our food was ready. Trying to eat healthier lead me to the chicken bacon ranch salad. Tasty. They just don’t do chilli the right way but a few other things on the menu also.
