Goal Post, in my opinion, is the most beloved little restaurant in Raceland. Hands down, the best roast beef poboy in the area. Chilli Fritos and Gravy Fries also cannot be beat. Don’t overlook this place if you find yourself near.

Best roast beef in town….I can eat every day here. Great workers and clean place. Don’t forget the good ice cream too.The only one around that still have banana boats. Good food all way around.

Goal post has been open for many years and still remains busy. That speaks for itself. I do eat here sometimes. I enjoy the food and the shakes. The prices are a bit much (for me) if you are feeding a family. Plus knowing this isn’t a “equality friendly” business I don’t visit here much. The food is made to order and I’ve never had to wait for a phone order so if you are in a rush I suggest to call ahead.
