The chicken tenders are quite large, the mashed potatoes scalding hot and the gravy is the weirdest gravy I’ve ever seen. It’s a bit gelatinous, however it tastes like chicken noodle soup. Friendly service.

Very good restaurant. I always get a full order of Livers and Mac and cheese. Food is always hot. Let’s talk about the rolls . The rolls are pre-buttered and AMAZING. Staff is always very friendly. Restaurant and bathroom are pretty clean. The only complaint I have about the restaurant is that you have a 25 cent upcharge if you order ranch. I put ranch on literally everything, so I don’t really think it’s fair to charge me for a tiny cup of ranch. Other than that, I really recommend coming here for all your chicken needs.

First time and went through the drive thru. Ordered the 3 piece breast meal but they only had 2 so substituted wings. The gravy was congealed it was so cold. Potatoes cold also. Rolls dry and stale. Two items we couldn’t eat. On to the chicken. Maybe because it was 2pm, but the chicken wings smelled weird. I took a bite and spit it out. Coworker ate a chicken breast and said it was okay but I wouldn’t eat the other breast after trying the wings. Can’t believe people give good reviews. Maybe it’s the Olathe location that is bad.

I hate to ever leave a bad review, especially when the service and food were outstanding. I literally have no complaints about this restaurants otherwise…..
Upon walking in, I was given the best service. Fantastic conversation as well as just general goodness.
This was my first ever time here at this particular restaurant…
Ordered half an order of fried gizzards and half an order liver. Both delicious.. I also ordered a large sweet tea. Don’t get me wrong, the sweet tea was delicious!
It was when I got home.. when I had the realization that within the lid of my sweet tea rested bugs. I believe they are baby cockroaches.. but I am not an expert, just the unfortunate person who happened to have bugs in my drink. Once I realized that there were insects literally within the grooves of the inside of my lid on my drink, I also found floating insects within my drink… And of course this was after I had already consumed half of it..
Again, having worked various restaurants, I know bugs happen. That is just a thing. However, having multiple bugs stuck within the grooves of the inside of my lid of my drink then, having bugs floating in my drink… There is something definitely telling about that…
I am very torn about the tastiness of food versus bugs.

Chicken is good. The coleslaw is normally great but the last couple times the coleslaw has been really runny. Way too much dressing in it. Sad because the coleslaw is usually great.

Long time lover of this place but today went to bite into my sandwich and bit into A BONE. They put a bone-in piece of chicken on a sandwich. Lucky that I didn’t break a tooth. Tried getting a refund but they said we had to drive all the way back even though I have a picture of it. Considering we could have swallowed a literal bone you’d think they could refund out $5. Definitely would avoid this location, never had issues with other locations.
