We went in with good expectations. Service was great friendly, eager to help, and welcoming. Food was ok, nothing to rave about. We got a fest for two with two mixed drinks.
Good servings. In order of taste wise, to me, on this occasion. I would rate it in this order.
1. Fries
2. Chicken
3. Corn bread
4. Beans
5. Brisket
6. Coleslaw
7. Ribs
8. Corn
Fries were on point, crispy, warm, fresh.
Chicken was roasted nicely not dry.
Corn bread sweet salty not bad.
Beans seemed from the can of baked beans and they just added meat chunks
Brisket was dry . Almost reheated
Coleslaw tasted like KFC
Ribs dry, definitely sitting out all day.
Corn on the cob rubbery.
Drinks were ok . Lots of ice killed the experience. Rate 3 out of 5.
First and maybe my last time trying them out. I might go back and see maybe the could have had on off day. So we shall see . I will update, if I go back.

Nice place for date night or a dinner out with the family. The ribeye was excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ribs were good but the steak definitely was the star of the dish. The collard greens are fantastic and a great side choice. My wife got the three meat platter with rib, tips, brisket and wings. The brisket and rib tips are fantastic and the wings are not bad. If you want to avoid a large crowd go mid week. The service was great and the server was very friendly and attentive.

AVOID. Brown slime brisket ? I knew it would be bad but this bad? Identical consistency to the infamous McDonald’s pink slime chicken nuggets.. I said “this isn’t brisket”, they replied indeed “it is brisket” it’s cut from a large slab of brisket, you can judge for yourself from the pictures. It was clearly processed mixed with additives and then poured into the shape of a brick. The slices were all exactly 1 1/2″ x 3″ with a thin edge of fat of identical with around the entire perimeter of each slice. I’ve never seen anything like it, i’m building a shed in my backyard, I think I’ll use famous Dave’s brisket bricks, it’ll at least smell good.
Appreciate the feedback bull, just do real brisket not pink slime with brown food coloring.

The food was extremely delicious. Famous Destiny was so sweet and she is the best person ever. She has such a warm personality, which is needed for this cold weather. Her manners and service is great.

I am here for an evening and I’m so excited to come to Famous Dave’s because we don’t have one in the Tri-Cities anymore. I ordered Ribs and they were so tough to chew through. Like it was terrible. Everything else was so good! I sat in the bar. The ladies were so good!

Got catfish appetizer there were 5 skinny finger length of that pieces over cooked no flavor for 16$ i got side fries 6$ they were cold and no seasoning even salt , if 6.00 you get bearly a handful of fries. I orders pineapple spears you get 2 small pieces they were good but they put with my fries so made half of what little fries I had soggy . I picked order up as it soon as it was done cause I had to go in and order due to online app was messed up and would let me put items in cart but not pay. Then it said download app on phone for 5.00 off never got that coupon and wasted 25 min trying to order on line. This was my 1st time AND LAST TIME ORDERING from here I’m new to area from St. Louis and was looking for a good barbecue place. Also when picking and placing order i had to find the bartender to take and get my order and the pick up is on a different side then bar,this made no sense. All I can say i was disappointed and wasted 31.00

My husband and I went to Yakima and stopped in on a whim. We chose to set outside on a beautiful sunny day and we got to let our dog out of the car to join us. Our wonderful server Famous Destiny was quick to greet us and take our drink orders. She also brought the fur baby some cool water. Destiny soon got very busy with the lunch crowd and we were the only one’s outside yet she never forgot us. We ordered the Feast for 2 (brought half home) and it was delish! The brisket was so juicy and tender and the ribs succulent! I usually never eat the beans but I did and no regrets! Yum!
I think it’s my new favorite place in Yakima. Thank you Destiny and Famous Dave’s!

Ordered dinner after being seated. We ordered an appetizer and my husband ordered a combo plate and I ordered a rib eye steak. No appetizer was served no silverware was given, my husband’s food was OK. My meal was to be medium rare. I came out almost raw. And the steak was more to a sirloin not a ribeye. The meat was filled with Grissel and had to be sent back. The second steak came out med rare but was far from being tender like a ribeye should be. They brought a real of onion straws that looked like the dredge of the fryer. The waitress brought us another tray of them after we told her not to bother. This was suppose to be a celebratory dinner and special. Unfortunately it really missed the mark.
