I went through drive through and had my order taken by Jen! She was absolutely amazing so friendly and sweet. I gave a lot of modifications to my burger cus im picky lol and she was so understanding and nice about it! I 100/10 recommend it here when you have staff who are as friendly as this! They do a great business here. Unfortunately that leads to some longer wait times here and there. They do a good job at handling the rushes. Food is always great. Burgers, fish, ….plenty of options. Looking forward to a jalapeno swiss burger…you can do it. Come on already

Great food can’t complain. The reason why I said four stars for atmosphere and four stars for service there are always things to fix or improve so I’m sure if someone walked in would say you know this needs to be improved so there’s really nothing that I can tell that needs to be improved. Love the food! Great chicken and fries and drink where good the new seasonal salted caramel pumpkin concrete mixer was ok the actual caramel bits where stuck on the inside and it was just really overload.

Added more to the parking lot but didn’t add anything more for mobile pick up. Sitting in the parking lot waiting for food for 30 minutes. Went inside for one of the works to ask if I was there. I would much rather drive all the way to Winnebago’s Culvers then ever spend a dime here again.

April 3rd, 2025, ~12:30 PM (CST). First time at this specific location. We got a couple of burgers, a grilled chicken sandwich, and two concrete mixers.
It was also the birthday for one of their employees. (Happy birthday Shannon!)
Food: for a fast food joint, food is pretty good. If you’ve ever been to a Culver’s, the food is what you would expect. Their sandwiches are competent, though they are certainly not novel or mind-blowing. Their crinkle cut fries and cheese curds are good while fresh, and their biggest draw is definitely their custard.
Service: good. Employees were friendly, chatted us up, and were generally pleasant. Our order arrived promptly, all items were as expected, and the food was cooked properly.
Atmosphere: not too busy, and the place was fairly clean. The music was also at an acceptable volume (i.e., you could listen to it if you wanted, but it was not loud enough to inhibit conversation). The smaller square tables in the center of the restaurant need some padding so they stop sliding across the tile. Lastly, I don’t know if you would consider it ‘atmosphere,’ but I’m not a fan of their parking lot.
