My husband and I thoroughly enjoy this establishment. Their loaded fries are delicious, and I must admit, I am quite fond of their nibblers meal. It’s an ideal bite-sized option for those with a smaller appetite. The staff consistently provides friendly service, and the food is always prepared fresh. I have yet to encounter a negative experience here.

i ordered a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with EXTRA bacon and EXTRA ranch got my food and there’s no cheese on it the chicken pieces are huge and a squirt of ranch and hardly any bacon this is ridiculous… now does this look like a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry with extra bacon and extra ranch to you?

Not sure what has happened to our favorite Zaxbys but something has changed. Today my daughter and I stopped to have lunch and were very let down in service and the food. There was more talking amongst the workers going on then focusing on preparing and serving the customers. I hate I didn’t get a picture of her loaded fries before she ate but as you can see the cheese was cold because it didn’t melt or anything. Do better guys, this wasn’t the food or service that is typical at this location.

They don’t check the ticket on the screen. If you dont want it exactly how it is on the menu go to lynn haven. Dont bother asking for a replacement either, they’ll “put you in the book” tell you not to worry about a recipe on the phone then act like you’re crazy when you show up. Not like its alot of money, but definitely annoying when its every time you hit the drive through. Also, I was a manager at the lynn haven location fresh out of high-school when Nick Carter owned that store. He made sure the management was organized and kept his word to his customers. Definitely followed the SOP of actually checking the food at the window. Wouldn’t send 3 boneless wings with uncooked breading out. At least the chicken wasn’t raw.

The bbq sauce on the boneless wings was so acidic and salty it was hard to eat. I won’t be ordering that again.. the fries are good tho.

Bad day at Zaxbys. I know what they do to ya at the drive through.
Burnt toast. I only eat food THAT way if my momma makes it.
Plus we paid extra for 4 sauces. Confirmed with cashier AND the girl that handed it to us. We did not open the 2 little bags and double check. We called, spoke to a manager just to let her know (we don’t want a refund, new meal or a coupon) she was less than receptive so to Google I go. Result? No toast, good chicken with ranch & bbq sauce it’s better, especially if we paid for it. Will go back in a couple weeks, the chicken is good but I’ll FOREVER check in line at the window for my up charged sauce.

There was no line up a the order menu… but we did wait for about 10 minutes (along with 4 other vehicles) to get the order.
The classic chicken sandwich was cold, and way over done to where it was dry and had a not great taste.
The chicken wrap was the wrong one and fell apart while trying to pick it up.
