Recently moved to TX and I found Gloria’s via maps and only through pictures it caught my eye. This has got to be the best mexican food we’ve found in the New Braunfels area. Excellent service and great tasting food. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff seemed nice enough but i Called ahead and was left on hold 10 min till I arrived and had to place order in person also they are short staffed so be prepared very small inside food was good and corn tortillas were strong but they didnt correctly make my order so best off ordering something without modification because thats what they gave me

Food is always on point. But service is not.. this is the second time we eat in and the girl at the counter definitely needs help. She takes phone orders, counter orders and waits tables but she forgets to attend the tables on time. Today she brought coffee for 1 and the second only less than half.. then took for ever to refill.. when food was out and was on time.. she forgot the tortillas. My bf had almost finished his plate when she finally brought the tortillas and the 2nd part of my meal. After a long while she finally got some help but tables were still not being priority. Their main focus is to go orders and answering phones. So I guess moving forward i will just be ordering to go or to eat in the parking lot.. because by the time I get home my food will be cold.

We live three hours away and was visiting McQueeney Texas and saw this place that they had a lot of cars in the parking lot. So I told my husband it had to be good. So we stop and thank goodness we did because the food was delicious! It’s a small place but we had tacos and they we’re homemade tortillas. We were very happy with the tacos we tried from here.We come to McQueeney to visit every two weeks and since then we come back to this place , Everytime.Try it out, it’s worth it.

I didn’t get my taco I paid for. Who cares. The food was great nice and hot and delicious. The service was excellent. Even though that one person was getting her butt kicked made me want to get off my ass and do something like help. Excellent tacos, best Mexican restaurant in the New Braunfels, McQueeney area. Breakfast tacos served all day, Carne Guisada are really good and great flavor and bean & cheese tacos are delicious.
