My husband and I visited Pho So 9, now Pho May, while vacationing in CA. Although the server initially had an attitude, I remained calm and ordered hot tea, which seemed to improve her demeanor. Despite the initial issue, the Pho beef and combo meat fried rice were good.

Service is TERRIBLE! Sitting here for over 30 min before they realized our pho wasn’t even in. Asking for water 3 times to then walk to the front and carry it to the table myself is beyond horrendous. Playing sexual and explicit music while my 2 & 4 year old is present is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Horrible seats that hurt your back. Worst servers ever. Even told me my food was correct when it was in fact wrong.

Great service. Water is brought to you as soon as you sit and ask for your order shortly after. Even offered a Thai tea to go. Amazing job team. Soup is perfectly proportioned.

Excellent friendly service. Nice and clean place. I give only 3 stars because the sea noodle soup I ordered was not good at all! They should mention that everything is artificial and synthetic here, they actually buy most of their food supply next door store, which is the 99 cents store. . I paid $11 for a very small portion of synthetic/artificial food with no flavor at all! I had to add a lot of limes to eat it… Not a recomneded food here if you want quality or a so so food. Lots of others pho restaurants with much better food and prices.

6/30/2024 = 5 Star = 1st time here and my kids love it, the only missing in my pho soup is tge tripe , but I still give 5 star coz we enjoy it and cool server .Will visit again in the near future.

If you’re hungry, in a pinch and very in need of soup this spot has got you covered. The pho here is solid and a bowl on a cold day will bring back some life into your system. Portion size here is solid with plenty of meat and noodles. The service here was kind and timely. The parking lot here at night can get busy so becareful. Definitely a nice little spot to visit before heading home after work.
