Don’t remember when or if I ever had Giovanni pizza so I gave it a try and it was pretty good,delivered at said time but could of been a little hotter but thats ok it was still good,I’ll be ordering from them again whenever in town for the night..

I had an issue 1 time (months ago) over the quality of my food. I spoke to the owner and he corrected the issue on my next order and since then My/My Families food has been Delicious & Perfect Every time. Also, the Staff at Giovannis is always very Friendly and Courteous at the Franklin Furnace,OH. Location. Thank You Ryan for Always aiming to Please and for Always putting out the Best Quality Food/Pizza in the Tri-State (Ohio, Ky,WV) area. I Give them a 10/10.

Giovanni’s is my favorite pizza and cheese sticks! I absolutely love it! I don’t live in this area but when I visit with my family I always have to eat here! It’s so delicious! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Franklin Furnace location is consistently above bar. The quality of the food and the accuracy with my order, it’s rare to find that consistency, especially considering I order from there 2-3 times a week. The staff is super friendly and I’d starve to death without them!

I got a salad with no cheese and extra ham. Well I opened my salad and there’s more cheese on it that freakin salad! This isnt the first time that this has happened! The pizza we got had only cheese on it when it was pose to have extra pepperoni and didn’t even have 1 it had cheese only in it! This place use to be so good and always right now it’s gone downhill! Also if you call and complain the person who answers has the biggest attitude EVER so then I get one. If I order it a certain way they should make it the way it says not just throw it together and not even care! I will not order from there anymore! This has happened multiple times!!
