Was a loyal customer the passed 4 years until our last 2 orders. Both times we ordered over the last 2 months the pizza was undercooked. Thought it was a 1 time deal last time. This time it’s the same. I’m going to use my own oven to finish cooking these 2 pizzas then I’m never going to order from this dominos again. I dont know if you guys changed the way you make pizza, but for me it’s not working out.

Lady taking order wasn’t helping in placing my pizza order with minimal attention nor would she help to let me pay over the phone, as if she just did not want to be there and making getting normal service complicated. Pizza also seemed off on the way it tasted as I’ve eaten at several domino’s nationwide before. Service and overall creating proper pizzas for customer satisfaction should greatly improve.

Let me firstly start off by saying this store has an amazing crew! They work extremely hard to provide the best service to customers even when we are a**holes to them. The new system they keep talking about for deliveries is a great concept, I just have to learn patience and know my food is always coming to me hot and as fast as they can get it to me. This place is better than casey’s pizza and joe’s pizza combined. Thank you guys for all your hard work. You deserve major respect points!

They said it would take 27-37 minutes. 15 minutes later it was done and they were doing a quality check on it. 45 minutes later I still did not receive it. I tried calling several times and was placed on hold 4 times. I still have not been able to talk to anyone nor have they even begun to deliver my order

First time eating here after several years of eating at their Highland, IL location. Marked my order as boxed and ready to go but when I showed up I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the 20 it took to get there. I also now have food poisoning from the mediocre food they served me. I won’t be going back to this location, and likely not any other location ever again.
