I visited because I wanted to try Chicago-style pizza, and it was as good as I expected. The pizza was delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. They also had a fun event where they took instant photos for customers, which made the experience even more memorable. If I visit Chicago again, I would definitely come back at least once.

I visited on a Sunday evening in December. I waited about 30 to 45 minutes to be seated.
Since I’d never had Chicago-style pizza before, I ordered the standard one, but I was surprised by how large and generously loaded it was. The crust was crispy and delicious.

I try to stop here at least once on every trip to Chicago. They consistently make a fantastic deep dish pizza, and it never disappoints. I think this was my tenth visit! Tonight I had a classic personal deep dish with bacon and a lemonade, and it was really good. The service was excellent as well.

This was our first time trying Giordano’s famous deep-dish pizza in Chicago. The pizza was different from what we’re used to and was okay-ish — not a huge fan personally, but it’s definitely something you should try at least once if you’re visiting Chicago just to get the experience.
The place itself was decent, but we did have to wait about an hour for our pizza, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, worth a visit for the classic Chicago-style pizza experience.

Our server was Chris(Italian One) What an amazing person, amazing personality, very kind, attentive, great worker, he really took care of us, he was very honest since the beginning,saying that those pizza might take 45 min or 1 hour, and we agreed, he got us drinks, every 5 min talking with us, have a little chat, this was our first time in Chicago and he recommended us a couple places, he even changed our drinks when we got our pizza because they got watery, loved him, people like that deserves the world, bless him. Anyways Pizza was amazing, another world, we watched a lot of tik toks and we wanted to come, definitely loved it, we will come back tomorrow, amazing experience, amazing pizza, thank you guys for everything

I had a lot of hype for their pizza. I was indeed impressed by their food and I really enjoyed it. To start their check in was smooth and their service was amicable. We got deep dish pizza (half Chicago style and half meat and more meat), calamari and more. For drinks we got Pepsi and beer. The draft beer was fresh and refreshing. The Pepsi was ok as I had 3/4th cup of ice which diluted the flavor. The calamari was good and fresh. It was accompanied by fried lime and pickle. Their marinara sauce dip was great and moorish. The pizza took us 45+ minutes. The Chicago pizza was amazing fresh and flavorful with crunchy veggies and the meat and more meat flavor was good. I found the meat to be fresh and the pizza to be perfectly cooked. Overall we had a great experience and I’ll definitely try more flavors when I visit Chicago next time.

The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was rich and flavorful, and the sauce had an amazing balance of freshness and depth. The Veggie pizza was decent, but not as strong as the Margherita. I would rate it a 2.75 out of 5. What really made this visit stand out was the customer service. They welcomed us in about 30 minutes before closing and did not rush us at all. Can’t believe I’m only reviewing now. This is my Chicago pizza favorite. I’ve only been going here for 20+ years, and bring everyone I know here, and since I don’t live here anymore, I have to come here every trip I’m back. I’ve even taken the frozen pizzas back with me to Toronto. Such a great place to dine in, recently was there for this holiday season, but I’ve been all seasons, my favorite being summer, patio season 🙂 French fries are really good! Don’t skip out. And of course I have a divided family so we order both deep dish and regular pizza 🙂 highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!

Chicago pizza might just give New York a run for its money. I tried this location, and although the wait for a table was long about 45 minutes. I chose the alternative option to order take-out. I ordered the deep-pan pizza with a salad, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and the crust was so soft it practically melted in my mouth. I genuinely think this place serves some really great pizza.
