Great stop inside the Prudential Center! We had the burger and fries—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The coffee was top-notch too. Clean space, friendly staff, and fast service. Highly recommend!

The burgers here are easily the best in the area. The service is a bit odd as there was no need for pushback over a request for hot fries especially given the price point. Just make them fresh and hot.

I was cheated out of $1.42. Received the incorrect order and after paying through the nose for some wanna be smash burger didn’t even get the fries it was supposed to come with. Cashier was too busy on her phone to actually listen to my order. In any event the food is not good , overpriced and service blows. That seems to be a recurring theme amongst the eateries in this mall though canal side should kick them out. Disgraceful

Post your hours, or keep reasonable ones to close when the mall does. Until this place can update with better business practices and list hours or keep normal ones, they deserve the worst rating possible — literally could not even order and they had no excuse.
