I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan for years across multiple states, but the Naples location has completely gone downhill. Out of my last 10 cheesesteak orders, 8 have had major issues. I consistently order 20–30 minutes in advance, yet the food is never ready when I arrive—half the time they haven’t even started it.
My last visit was the final straw. I gave them a 35-minute head start, but they didn’t start the order until I walked in, even though 4 employees were standing there with only one other customer in the store. The sandwich was a mess—missing ingredients and the cheese was literally stuck to the paper instead of the meat. I’m tired of tipping for subpar service. I’ll be taking my business to other local cheesesteak shops until this location gets a serious management overhaul.

We have loved going here, but got home when one of our subs was missing all of the toppings (just meat with cheese). not the end of the world, but we didn’t have time to go back to the store for a replacement and asked for a refund. When the manager called back hours later, the manager implied that they didn’t not believe our order was wrong. It was a super odd interaction. So just make sure your sandwich is correct before leaving if you don’t want to be ?called a liar? Idk. More odd than anything.

I came when I was on vacation, and I can say without a doubt it was my best fast food experience that i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The employees were really kind and helpful and the food was absoultely delicious.

Terrible attitude from the cashier after they stood at the register and tried to figure out the change from cash and shorted me. When I brought it up I was met with instant attitude. I turned and walked away and the cashier kept making comments as I walked out the door without requiring the rest. Amazing how a few cents I correct change can bring out the true “customer service” that lies in wait as soon as there is an issue, saying that I had an attitude first. Well don’t worry, no matter how the food tastes, the atmosphere matters just as much if not more. Very disappointed in this visit, when there are so many other great restaurants who consider customer service a top priority.

My family and I had lunch here last week and it completely exceeded our expectations! First, being one of the most important to me, was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and you could tell that the staff and managers are doing a great job keeping everything fresh and clean. Second was the food!!! Chicken Philly and the Stickball are the way to go! Hands down one of the best sandwiches ever. Their turkey is fantastic. And last but not least the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super kind to all of us, so including my mom who takes forever to order anything! You can definitely tell that they love working there and definitely love the food that they are serving. We will be back for sure!

Jersey Mike’s on collier blvd is hands down one of the best sub sandwich spots around! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a friendly atmosphere and a team that’s always eager to help. The sandwiches are consistently delicious and fresh. The bread is soft yet sturdy, holding up perfectly to the generous fillings without getting soggy.

It’s been at least a few years since I’ve experienced such horrible customer service, especially from a manager in any store or retail location. Last night, my wife asked me to go pick her up a sandwich because she was running late. I picked up the sandwich at 8 o’clock PM. Took it home, and it was the wrong sandwich, and I get it. Things happen, no problem, so we put it in the fridge. I brought it back to myself this afternoon. I asked for a manager, and this kind of young man comes up full of tattoos, which I do not mind because I’m also full of tattoos, I mention this so the circumstances are clear and I did not want that to be his excuse, like I was judging him. I explained to him what had happened. He turned his back on me while I was speaking to him, and there were 6 employees working he was not in the process of helping anyone other than me so there is also no excuse for being so rude.
He said he would remake the sandwich that my wife originally wanted it, which again was on the receipt and regardless he still….gave me a really bad attitude about it. At this point I went to show him the sandwich from last night and that it had not been touched, and I politely asked, are you gonna throw this away? He irritatingly said, “Yeah, I said, well, if you’re gonna throw it away, I don’t want to waste food.” I said I’ll eat it cause because at that point I was already going to buy a sandwich for myself. Again, will full attitude and distain he says no, I said I’m sorry what? No, he says again and he literally grabbed bag with the sandwich in it out of my hand. I was flabbergasted! the only thing that saved this experience was a young girl at the counter with a nose ring who was great.! She apologized Which he never even did and talked to me with respect while very quickly remaking my wife’s sandwich. I won’t ever go to this location again. I suggest that people in this area choose the other location 5 miles away.
I do not like posting bad reviews, but sometimes you just have to as a form of teaching and to help others.
