The appetizers are decent. The mozzarella triangles were crispy with a good cheese pull. The deep dish is amazing – so fresh and tasty! I love the spinach deep dish. The service was great, very attentive. The seats are a mix of tables and booths. The tables do move which makes it more comfortable. The waitress gave us a cheese bread coupon to use next time. I will definitely be back.

The best experiance at a Giordano’s . Valeria suggested that we get our pizza well done because we were getting the spinich in the deep dish. She said it made it less watery. We had never had it suggested to us before. It was delivered to our booth just like she said! absolutely perfect! The best one we’ve ever had! We’ve been coming to Giordanos for years. Valaria was so pleasant and renewed our faith that Giorganos is the #1 deep dish Pizza in Chicago!! We will get our pizza like this from now on! Valaria is on point!!! Thank you!! we loved it!!

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas via phone today at the Orland park location. The person who took my order said it would be an hour to 1:15 minutes before it’s delivered. The phone call ended at 4:42pm. Expecting my delivery, which was 12 minutes away from the store, to leave the store at around 5:40 I called at 5:30pm to ask the status. Person who answered said: the order just got out of the oven. So I asked for a new ETA- I wasn’t given an answer because it’s DoorDash problem now. I then get a notification at 6 pm that the driver needs 28 minutes to arrive from the restaurant which is 12 minutes away to our house. Then the door dash driver just leaves it at the front door without even ringing the bell or knocking. Pizza was cold and stale. Will not be ordering Giordanos ever again.

This is our first time at Giordanos, and we had a phenomenal experience. We had a warm, welcome by Adolfo and he ended up being our waiter. Adolfo is everything we could ask for in a wait staff, totally engaged in the needs of the customers, and does his job extremely well!!
This place is also is very clean and has a good atmosphere. We got the mozzarella triangles appetizer and they were phenomenal. And the deep dish pizza was amazing. Very nice rest rooms as well.
Would definitely return to eat there.

The Stuffed Pizza was delicious! Our Server was very good. I love extra napkins and also when They bring You Soda without asking for it, right when You need it. Would definitely go back to this location in the future.

Omg!!! I am so disappointed… I just ordered this pizza last night for my son sleep over birthday party … And I never expected to get an over cooked burnt pizza … IF I wanted this type of pizza I would have gotten a frozen pizza … Which unfortunately I had to get one since I couldn’t return my pizza due to the store being closed..My Son and his friends was so upset because they wanted to eat the pizza… I ordered my pizza at 8:15pm on 3/25/25 and picked my pizza up at 8:53pm before closing time.. I wish I wasn’t in such a rush and checked my order before leaving… Never again will I order from this GIORDANO’S… I spent $42.00 to get this over cooked pizza… So Unacceptable!!! Please check your order before leaving so you don’t have to waste your money…

Pretty nice place. Something felt like it was missing from the pizza. Not much taste to it. The drinks were phenomenal. The appetizers were delicious. Not crowded or a wait when we went. A bit uncomfortable when the pizza was brought because our plates used prior weren’t being picked up. We had to ask for them to be removed and also asked twice for napkins because the waitress I’m guessing forgot. My guy had to also get up to get a straw because she forgot as well.
