We celebrated my brother’s 50th birthday here and had a wonderful experience! The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for our family gathering. A big thank you to our server Ruby for being so friendly and attentive, and to Lea the manager for making us feel so welcome. Great food and great service — we’ll definitely be back!

When my coworkers found out I was coming to IL – they told me I had to try a deep dish pizza and my colleagues from here recommended me and they did not disappoint. I asked if I could get without the sauce as I do not like marinera or tomatoes and there was no judgement or suggestions to try something else. My stuffed pizza came out perfect! One slice was enough to fill me and I only got the 10″. Needless to say, I took a pic to my colleagues at home and they were jealous! Loved how when the server put the slice on my plate, the cheese actually stayed with the slice. If I come back to IL, I will be coming back here!

Decent pizza. I’m from Southwest Florida and, surprisingly, we have a local family owned Chicago style pizzeria that is, hands down, a far better deep dish pizza. I give these guys an A+ for their crust and cheese, but they fall very short with sub-par toppings, AND the way the toppings are handled.
I got a 50/50 deep dish pizza – half BBQ bacon & chicken and half pepperoni and jalapeño. The chicken is frozen cubes (really???), and the bacon are tiny bacon bits of less than mediocre quality. You can’t taste the bacon at all, which is a sign that they’re using actual bacon bits instead of fresh bacon.
The BBQ is intensely sweet (expectedly so), so you need the savory bacon to cut through and complement the sweet. Pretty much just makes it a sugar slice. Very disappointing!
Also, the onions in the BBQ bacon pizza and the jalapeños on the pepperoni & jalapeño are either frozen, OR, they just didn’t properly pat them dry them before cooking. This causes a watery layer to form, degrading the overall experience. If you look closely at the pic in my review, you can see the puddles of water.

The food was hot and amazing. The cheese pull on our pizza was amazing. Tried to get good videos of it but it didn’t work out, still had an amazing time trying and enjoying the atmosphere.
The drinks we got were perfect too. Priced just right and made with perfection.

We came here to try the famous Chicago deep dish, and honestly I just don’t think deep dish is our thing. Service was a little off, but friendly. The atmosphere of the place was nice. Food was served hot and tasted ok but I just personally wouldn’t go for deep dish again. I was disappointed with the lack of dipping sauces too… no hot honey or garlic available. Also we got charged more for taking off an ingredient. Overall experience: meh.

I was disappointed to drive by at lunchtime and see the parking lot empty because your pizza really is excellent. I completely understand that what you do isn’t meant to be a quick service style meal, but that might be exactly why a different lunch option could help.
Have you considered a weekday lunch buffet? It would give people a chance to enjoy your food without worrying about time. A lot of good buffets disappeared during Covid, and there’s definitely a gap in the market now.
If you offered it and spread the word, I honestly think you’d see more people coming through the door and the business growing.

Redoing It
Beautifully decorated in and out. Food is delicious. At bit on the slow side, due to large parties that were being held during our quick family bites. Boys had so much fun!!!

Think there was an unusual hiccup (long wait) with the kitchen on the night that I’ve went there. However, the waiter was very attentive and kept us updated on the situation. When the food arrived, the deep dish pizza definitely lived up to its name.

Not sure if it was just that particular day but not the best experience especially to be in oak brook. The level of cleanliness was sub par and my server was very nice but overall management lacked energy and direction. The store it self seemed lazy, the crust on the pizza did not seem fresh or fully cooked. Just gave careless vibes.
