Ordered on Kodiak as employees requested. Sub total was $25.66 go to pay it jumped to $26.75. Checking receipt adding up the items come up to sub-total $25.66. So where does the mystery charge of $1.09 come up to make the $26.75 subtotal? Local employees just shrugs shoulders and online help did nothin. How many people have they overcharged and gone unnoticed? That’s stealing from customers!

I love the hamburgers here. I am always excited when they have the fish! However they were out and I had ordered through the app which didn’t let me know. They can’t refund the app so has to come up with an alternative. It worked out and they got our food to us quickly.

It was delicious eating those burgers
They were tender and juicy and they were big . A lot of food you get and the prices for the food are good. The sweet tea and the lemonade are super good. The young men that took our order was very pleasant and attentive with a nice smile. He took our order to our table and asked if we needed anything else. Most definitely we would come back over here.

First whataburger in like 30 years since I don’t live near them. Just wanna give thanks to such great staff for welcoming service on a Saturday evening: quickly providing good, and hot food, asking if we needed condiments, and with a smile. I won’t review the food, since that’s a personal opinion we each have about a fast food chain. For me it was delicious, but I went there with the assumption it would be. The good service was key to 5 stars.

They took our order. 2 whataburgers and 2 frys. We waited 20 minutes and they had not started our order. We were the ONLY people in the restraunt. I just got our money back. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Dont even waste your time.

Got lunch at this location after shopping and was quite pleased with the speed and quality of service of the drive thru. The staff were extremely friendly and got the order right. It took a bit longer than I expected but not so long that I wouldn’t come back. Location looked relatively new and was right by the main road and hard to miss. Bacon burger and fries were delicious.

Demerit on food and service because the team member who took my order forgot they were out of coke until I was at the front and they were taking my card for payment. If I had known the only drink option i like was unavailable, i wouldnt have ordered the meal. But she had already taken my card & I felt rushed. So instead, I opted for a chocolate shake and accepted the up charge. At least I’d enjoy the shake as dessert. But by the time I finished eating, I was far away from the establishment and the chocolate shake had an awful fruit taste mixed in with it. As though someone before me ordered a fruit smoothie and they reused the blender to make the chocolate shake without washing it out thoroughly. I had to throw the entire shake away. Very disappointed in this experience. The team members were friendly but ultimately fell short delivering a great experience.

Mmmmm, well, it was our first time after hearing so much hype of positive and negative influence! Our experience started with a 35 min wait in the drive thru! Out of amazement, which so many drive thru’s get wrong, is the accuracy of the order, our’s was perfect! We checked our order and began to “dig in!” It was good we’ll definitely return for another meal, but, inside the restaurant! Went inside for this visit and the time was cut in half from our experience of the drive thru! It only took about 20 minutes. We ordered the “Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich” and it’s not recommended by us! At this location, I would definitely go inside to order, and don’t be in a hurry to get your food!!!!

Amanda is the sweetest person i’ve ever met! My emt partner and i were working overnight and she immediately opened the door for us, was so so kind, and gave us a discount! The food was perfect and made with love, and we love coming here on our overnight shifts!
