Overall, I had a good experience at this McDonald’s. My food was fresh, hot, and made correctly. Everything I ordered tasted great, and I didn’t have any issues with the quality. The fries were hot, the order was accurate, and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. As far as the food itself goes, I was definitely satisfied. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of the interaction at the drive thru window. The lady working the window seemed a little confused and didn’t fully understand what I was saying. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and when I explained that I didn’t have a mobile order, she responded with “yeah, that’s what the mobile order says,” which didn’t really make sense and made the conversation a bit awkward. It felt like there was some miscommunication happening, and it just threw things off a little.
That being said, everyone has off moments, and I understand fast food can be busy and stressful. Aside from that interaction, everything else went smoothly. The food quality made up for the awkward exchange, and I still left happy with my meal. I would come back again and hope for a smoother drive-thru experience next time.

I had ordered here from time to time after work and it was alright but recently i have had 2 bad experiences and most likely won’t be returning if its going to stay this way, my first experience i was told that i shouldn’t have ordered online and i should have gotten something else other than chicken nuggets because it will take them 20 minutes to make in a very rude tone of voice, then tonight i ordered a frappachino at 11:30 and paid extra for more carmal and had no issues ordering online then when i reached the window a shorter older blonde lady told me that “we don’t do frappachinos on Sunday” and i replied with “oh i was unaware of that” and then she replied in the rudest tone ever “oh well we have been doing it for 13 years” and then after a little back and fourth offerd to replace it with a shake which i got substituted for however i still paid an extra couple dollars for the Carmal dirzzle and never got it nor a refund on it, also after some research online and looking through the app and McDonald’s policy’s there’s is nothing i could find within the last 13 years or more of them not serving frappachinos on Sunday.
I am willing to raise the rating if the service improves.

Not sure what you would call this drink….
Definitely not a frappe. It tasted like watered down coffee with slivers of ice on top that was bitter and not sweet whatsoever. I don’t eat at McDonalds too often, but I have had several frappes from McDonalds and this is definitely no where close to it.
She said she was still learning to make the new drinks, so I get it not being perfect, but it being nothing compared to what it was supposed to be is very disappointing. I should have just said to make a regular one at that point, but I was going to give her a shot.
She did say she made it with the wrong lid and was sorry. Then the more I started looking, it was much worse than just a wrong lid.
But…. I had already waited nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru if not longer and was not about to pull up and wait another 15-30 minutes.
I don’t blame her for this, I blame the management for this. Do better at training your employees.

I have ordered off the mcd app and DoorDash multiple times, having issues each time. They can’t read clearly because I put in my order correctly each time, every time I mention an issue when I call up this same rude female manager dismisses me and tells me to call DoorDash so they can send the driver back out because the driver forgot something, driver didn’t forget anything , she did by putting the wrong items in my bag or forgetting them. No dasher will waste time , gas, money to go back and fix a stores mistake. This woman clearly doesn’t care about her job, has no understanding of the fundamentals of customer service and should be fired.

Thank you though for all the free meals every time I have to call DoorDash for an order issue

Update : reading Mcdonalds reply to this is actually quite hilarious they mention to contact the delivery partner, whoever sent this response clearly did not read my review, as the issue isnt with the delivery service but with the management and staff of the location.

Try going here at night. Service is TERRIBLE, I don’t know what’s going on lately but multiple times in a row now it’s just a miserably slow crawl the lady is rude and your sandwich is old and cold. Would’ve been faster if I just drove to Walmart bought the meat, cooked it, and I’d still have time to come park in the exact spot I was waiting in the drive thru. What happened to this place?

I seem to not get everything I ordered. I did not get receive a receipt, I did not get honey mustard for the nuggets. I ordered a large drink and only received a medium. When I asked to receive a large the manager said did you pay for a large that was the manager that was on at around 4:00 on 10-17-2025. In Canon City Colorado. I have always been able to get what I ordered but not on this day.

I ordered my meal between 10:00 – 10:30 pm and had a great interaction at the menu board with the first window operative however when I got my food I noticed the bag looked greasy normally not a big deal, quick glance everything was there but what I didn’t notice was that they must have cooked my quarter pounders with cheese in the grease vat to save time because the sandwich boxes were soaked to the point where they were falling apart when taken out of the bag and the sandwiches were inedible.
This isn’t just a call the manager situation, this is a psa because we shouldn’t have to spend a full tank of gas on a meal that is this sloppy let alone the grungy staff who make it because they feel vindictive that someone wanted some food and paid WELL over a fair price for it.
That kind of service is just bullshit.
