I stopped eating pizza about 1 year ago when I was diagnosed as gluten intolerance. I couldn’t resist and stopped in Giovanni’s in Pickerington today. Larry and the other blue-eyed Manager took careful measures and I experienced no issues. Thank you so much!! I’m so happy I can enjoy GOOD pizza again!!!!!

Food is good, but HORRIBLE service! Quoted 30 minutes to pick up 2 pizzas and 2 salads. Got there in 40 minutes and was told one pizza wasn’t done yet and would be eight more minutes. 35 minutes later, I finally got the second pizza!! Absolutely no excuse for this to happen!! Keep in mind my first pizza was sitting on a wire rack the entire time getting cold!! Watched other customers come in and out with their pizzas. That will be our LAST time going there!!

Wings were large and fall off the bone. I had a regular crust meat pizza and added extra cheese with hot sauce. Perhaps on my next visit I won’t add the extra cheese and just get regular marinara. The pizza was delicious and very cheesy. The crust was relatively thick on the verge of a pan crust. It was very good. I believe it would have been better with something besides just hot sauce. Rather than a spicy tomato sauce it was something like Texas Pete. It was good but I believe just a regular sauce would be better. Regardless an all around good experience.

Got a italian deluxe sub and had barely anything on it. Literally didn’t have the meat it says on the menu. Ordered an antipasto, for two, and it was barely enough to fill half the box , aka not for 2. Asked for no olives, got olives. Asked for ranch, got no ranch. I think they ran out of ingredients and just didn’t have the guts to say so. I feel ripped off and let down.

First time trying Gionino’s and we were impressed. Toppings were plentiful and well spaced and the crust had that pretty gold color with just the right crisp on the ends. My wife thinks they have the best pizza sauce. Service was right on time and the pizza was hot.
